Loving new home... or not. (Jugger82)

Nathan smiled as he moved her next to him, having his tail wrap around hers in a small binding as he walked with her. "Town isn't too far off...Nena...lets keep this...between us. If anyone were to find out, they'd tear us apart...I'm not worried for the wolves to do that...but they can't keep a secret amongst themselves to the wilderness animals and we don't need word spreading around. Your master could become enraged and send his whole force after us."

Nena nodded and walked with Nathan. she hoped that her master would not find out but he may already of since the dogs that were fallowing them could of said things that would enrage her master enough to go after them more then they already have.

Nathan looked to her and then looked down to her bare feet and frowned. "Do you...want me to carry you Nena...?" He said as if trying to force out the kindness, though he was moreover embarrassed rather than trying to keep his pride.

Nena smiled and looked down at her sore feet. "You don't have to i should be fine." She liked that he was being nice but she did not want to force him to carry her.

Nathan nodded. "If you want me to carry you, I will...or..." He transformed into Amai. "Would you like to turn into your little mouse form and sleep on my back while I give you a ride home?"

Nena smiled and kissed Amai on the for head then said "fine." She then transformed into a mouse and got onto Amai and got comfortable.

"im ok" Nena said still nice and snug on him her small mouse paws holding onto his fur just in case.

"Alright, we should be there soon!" He called out to her as the town could be seen in view. Running faster, it would not be long before they'd get to the town.

"Nathan what are we doing when we get there? Do you have a plan?" Nena asked. one reason why she was asking was to see if he was a planer so she would know for the future.

"Nothing other than we hide out in the city until those dogs start snooping around. Its a heavily populated place, but we managed to find a nice hiding place...but after a while when those dogs come we'll have to fall back to the mountains."

"Isn't this hard for your pack to deal with?" Nena asked feeling bad for causing all of this. She was beginning to think of just going to the dogs so they would stop causing the wolves so many problems. She did nto want to go back to her master and leave Amai or Nathan but it would help them if she was not there.

"No. If they follow us to the city, the wolves will go to the mountains and you and I will travel the world so I can keep you safe...I can promise you that Nena. I will not let you get handed over to your old master."

This just made Nena feel worse since now she was taking the wolves Alpha away from them. She did not like how this was working out now that she actually cared for the pack of wolves and Nathan. "But they need an Alpha." She said softly.

"They'll have an Alpha. I have someone who commands them when I'm not around, why do you think I was stuck with you this whole time while my wolves were all alone?"

Nathan shook his head. "People move away from their families all the time...guess this'll just be my time. I'm alright with it Nena. Really, I am...besides...don't you have a family you want to see somewhere in the world?"

"I was sold to Master by them and i don't know where they are now so master and the dog demons are my family but i guess now i dont have one."

"Thats a lie..." He said as he held her shoulders and forced her to look at him. "I...am your family now...don't you dare say that you don't have any...got it?"

Nena smiled more and closed her eyes as she relaxed into the hug. "Your a strange wolf but if im really pregnant i think you will be a good father."

Nena smiled as she was picked up and carried. "Wow its big" She said as she looked around them. "Lots of humans. scary humans and other demons and wow there is so much going on."

"Yeah...the demons here are usually mild, even if they are hot-headed. Law is strict around here. You should stick with me. I'm not sure where the pack is, so we'll have to sneak into a hotel."
