Ari shrugged and Rina spoke up from the holster "They took the other path. His plan." She slid from the holster and turned back to human form pushing the mummies off his hand before returning to the holster "Ichiro, sorry about the break down. Use us both to clear the path ok, you've gotten enough blood on your hand.'
 
"Blood is something I'm not worried about, losing my meister is whats worrying me!" He said before finally breaking through the crowd of mummies. He still began to run through so that he could lose the figures. "All those keishin souls....I think I might cry..."
 
"Rina sighed "You can grab them after you kill the ones still coming at us ok. I'm fine now so use both guns and shoot them down." Ari smirked "She's making you the controller this round Ichiro."
 
"I prefer not to use you two, even though I'm just as good a shooter as Kid, I don't like using my meister and best friend." He said as he tossed the guns into mid air to let them materialize once they were in the clear from mummies.
 
Both girls sighed and turned back to their human form. Ari smiled at him "Your sweet Ichiro." Rina just glared at him "I said you were to shoot, their will be times when its shoot or die. I hope you shoot next time."
 
"Rina, when're you going to figure out that I'm the kind of person that brings a sword to a gunfight?" He said growing annoyed of her now. Even as he said this, he could feel their soul wavelengths begin to slowly shift away from eachother. "Cmon, lets find this stupid witch before Kid gets himself killed." He growled as he walked ahead of them, not even caring that they were soon growing incompatible with eachother.
 
Rina grabbed his wrist "Look I'm sorry but I just thought it might help if you used us." She let go of him and stood back hiding her eyes "Ater this mission is done you can transfer out if you like." she then walked passed him. Ari wanted to speak but instead ran after her sister "You want him to leave?" Rina sighed as she stopped and said "He's been adjusting to my wave length when his is stronger, I wont make him stay with a meister who is weaker." Ari glared at her "But why are you acting this way?" rina snapped at her sister "Because I feel like I'm putting him in the position Tsubaki is with star!" Ari flinched stepping back as Rina walked on ahead.
 
Ichiro heard all that was said behind him and it made him even more annoyed. "Just might do that." He said as he continued to move on, by now...their soul wavelengths were completely different now. His had changed to become unsynced with hers, and if she were to use him as a sword he'd burn her because of them being incompatible. He continued to walk on, still no sign of Kid's group.
 
Rina sighed as she reached a split. she glanced at Ichiro and said "Which way do you think we should head?" Ari was getting worried and a bit scared at the newly formed gap. She stared at the two in silence thinking 'it like when he first joined, he'll burn sis now'
 
Ichiro didn't answer her as he took another left. He didn't care which way they went anymore, he just wanted to get the hell away from them so he could have some time to breathe and calm down a bit. "Maybe I should've stayed with Tsubaki and Blackstar." He mumbled.
 
Ari grabbed his wrist and said softly "I'll lend a ear anytime, even if you do leave us." with that she let go and joined her sister walking to the right. Rina sighed "You sure you want to leave him?" Ari nodded "Your family." "And him?" "He's a boy i really like but don't want to sufficate."
 
Meanwhile..."Good job you two, you can come out now." Kid said as he tossed the pistols into the air to let Liz and Patty materialize. "That wasn't so hard...now then, eat the keishin souls but don't let yourself accidentally get a human soul. And even it out between you two!"
 
The two girls divied them up as Liz froze "This is bad....Patty you feel that?" Patty stood and nodded "Ichiro and Rina's wavelengths have busted apart. If she uses him now he'll burn her." Liz sighed "I wonder what happened?"
 
Kid frowned. "Cmon, we must be off to find them." He said as he began to walk down the corridor, mind intent on helping Rina moreover than going back to fix the painting in his room that he believed to be non-symmetrical to the other side of his room. "Rina...where are you?" He called out.
 
Ari stopped holding her sister calling down a hall "Kid that you?" Rina froze.

Liz tensed "That's Ari's voice." Patty ran ahead to the hall "This way Kid, I can sense them."
 
Kid ran after Patty and no sooner hadn't he began to run, he met up with Ariana and Rina, though, he frowned once he saw that Ichiro wasn't there. "Where's Ichiro? I thought he was with you two." He said before looking over to the group of girls, wondering exactly what happened.
 
Rina looked away saying "We had a fight and he took the other path. Can find this witch and leave please." Liz and Patty were silent as Ari said "He may go back to Star and Tsubaki..."
 
'Damn...Star and Tsubaki over Rina and Ari...?' Kid thought as he patted Rina on the shoulder. "For now, let us do what you say and get this mission over with. I'm sure he'll be fine." He said smiling before turning to look around. "Well...we're lost...we just came from that back path so.......uh oh......we gotta catch up to Ichiro, fast. He took the right path and is probably on his way to fight the witch alone!"
 
Rina sighed turning around and heading the way she came without a word. Ari stood next to kid and said "Kid, I think she's beating herself up for the split between her and Ichiro. Can you do anything?"
 
"The loss of a friend is something she needs to cope with. I will try my best to help her but...if there is to be anything to be done about this...I'm not sure. Ariana, she'll need your help as well." He said as he followed after Rina.
 
The 'Ichiro' turned around and its face was missing. It was a total blank as it made its way toward her in a crippled like motion, like the monsters from Silent Hill.

The real Ichiro was already fighting the witch...and losing.
 
"Rina wait!" Kid called after her as he dashed off. Ichiro was thrown into a wall but right as Rina would enter, the witch pierced through Ichiro's chest with her hand, causing blood to come out his mouth as his eyes were in shock while his body began to limp. The witch...or witchdoctor, began to smirk and laugh. "Pathetic fool..."
 
Rina snapped as if a demon "What the hell do you think your doing to my partner!" Ari was already in her hand and she shot a few rounds off. Rina kept firine as she moved closer to Ichiro and stood in front of him saying "We may not always see eye to eye but Ichiro is my weapons partner and friend. And I wont let a damn with treat him like shit!"
