Ello, I am looking for a few roleplays. I have a few rules, and some information about me as well.

Rules

* Do not 'typ3 lye d!s'.
* If you do not like how the roleplay is going, do not ditch me, let me know and we can try to come up with a twist, or start a new one.
* Please try to avoid one liners.
* Absolutely no insest!!! I do not find it alluring, and it holds no interest for me.

About Me

* I work full time, so there are time when I am not on.
* I have a habit of not logging out. >.> If you don't get a reply, then I may be away from the computer.
* My post size tends to vary, intros are between three and six, sometimes more. And depending on the type of roleplay, I post between a few sentences to three paragraphs. I've even had a roleplay where I've had a ten paragraph reply.
* I structure my paragraphs differently. Five to six sentences does not make a paragraph, especially if it is a jumble of different thoughts that do not tie to one another. When a central thought or idea changes, so does the paragraph.
* Essentially, I am looking for long term roleplays. Something with a story and well thought up characters. Never been a fan of just straight smut...
* I do not have a picture of my characters. None. So do not ask for one. I describe my character, it is how I have been roleplaying since when I first started many years ago.
* My characters range from 17 to 23.
* I only play hetero pairings
* I will roleplay over thread, or PM. I will also roleplay on MSN(gothicbellydncr@hotmail.com) and YIM(gthicbellydancer).

Plots and settings

Modern/Fantasy

Thousands of years ago, in ancient times, two worlds existed. They were known as Earth, and Eloru. Both worlds supported life, and both coexisted, together. People could travel from one world to another by the use of magical gates. They could trade, see various different creatures, or just travel and explore. It was a time of great peace, and prosperity, and the time of the rule of the Kimastu Crystal.
The Kimastu Crystal was the source of power that held the two worlds together. Through this powerful crystal, the goddess known as Kima was about to see the happiness of both worlds. No one sought to take the crystal, knowing it would destroy the connection between the two worlds, and no one at that time wanted power. Though, this peace was doomed to fail.

Several powerful and evil sages of both worlds met, and in this meeting they created the Boketsu Stone. This stone was powerful, and filled with dark and dangerous power. Upon its completion, the stone killed those who created it, and sought out a worthy wielder. Soon, on Eloru, the stone found a person to take over. This person was the Fifth Emperor, Noe.
Emperor Noe was able to wreak havoc with his new powers, and soon, all of Eloru was under his dark control. His dark armies slowly began to leak onto Earth, and it was at that time Kima found what he was trying to do. She called forth two guardians, one from Earth, and the other from Eloru and had them placed to guard her crystal. She feared the emperor would come for it, and she was correct.

Within five days of her calling her guardians, her hidden temple was found, and so was the crystal. The guardians fought their best, the Noe killed them without breaking a sweat. It was then, Kima got an idea. Before Noe could touch the crystal, it broke in two, each half became the guardian’s and Kima revived them, giving them the power to fight this evil. After a long battle, Noe was defeated, and the stone was locked away in a dark prison, never to be seen again.
It was, at this time that the guardians decided it would be best the worlds separated, that Eloru would vanish form the skies of Earth. The guardian from Earth returned to his planet, and watched with many others as Eloru disappeared, for what was feared to be forever. Knowing that it would be unwise for the people to remember Eloru, the guardian used the power of the crystal one last time to erase the memory of the other world from them. The only thing that would be left, would be the strange gate buildings, and stories of this world that were written before the attack. And the human race moved on….

“Good morning America! Today is Monday, the twenty-fifth, of this beautiful May day, the year, 2009. Top story today……” That was what played on most televisions that morning, on that fateful day. No one suspected that as they were leaving to work in their fancy cars that things were about to change. It was around eleven in the morning when a strange sight first appeared overhead. A planet appeared, and with it, red shooting stars that fell from the world as it vanished. When these lights landed, warriors of shadow appeared, and began their ancient, and unfinished rampage.


Modern/Fantasy

Long ago, darkness ruled over the lands. Wars were rampant, and people were enslaved or murdered daily. No one, and no place was safe. People lived in fear from day to day as the armies of their new over lord rampaged the lands. The world had not been like that, at least not three hundred years ago when the over lord first took power. Using dark magic and demonic power, he was able to live longer than any human, and he was thought to be immortal. It was during this time that a small group of sages found a way to end this dark time, escorted into the over lord’s palace late at night by a group of warriors, they were able to defeat the over lord using a different kind of magic and separated his power into six orbs, each representing a different element. (Fire, water, air, earth, light, and darkness.) Before his soul could be destroyed though, he was able to send it into another realm to wait reincarnation.

Many years later, the darkness is slowly beginning to return, the over lord has been reincarnated, and he wants the orbs to regain his power.

-I was thinking for this roleplay, it would be after the new over lord has at least two or three of the orbs already. I was hoping someone could play the over lord. >.<-[/color]

SCI-FI

The year is 2663, and Earth is nothing more than a metal covered planet of a city, a metropolitan planet with artificial oxygen and massive space ports. Floating in vastness of space are colonies, each their own nation. Mars is dotted with dome like colonies, each run by their own government. It was in this year that it was decided they would try to organize the Earth, colonies, and Mars under one government rule, but this failed, and crime took over. Various crime syndicates rule the colonies and Mars, and Earth is nothing more than their play ground. Police have become useless, and the governments try to bring about a resolution. Chaos rules, and no place is safe in this time of anarchy. Bounty hunters and assassins are hired daily, and the police have been reduced to clearing bodies from the streets.

Medieval/Fantasy

War is rampaging the lands far to the north. A power hungry king has turned to the dark arts and seeks to control all the lands. Strange creatures and men in dark armor are invading, all for the glory of their master, their king. The lands far to the south have no idea of the turmoil just past the mountains to the north, though when merchants start to go missing, they begin to end trade with the lands past the mountain range.

Battles and war continue to rage as the dark armies move closer to the mountains, pressing further to the south as the destroy army after army, murdering those who fight against them. One person though crosses these mountains from the north, a knight. This person was to defend the land just to the north of the mountain, but the armies that attacked were too great. This one survivor managed to gain time and soon stumbles across a village, celebrating a harvest. Though, what happens when the dark army begin to invade?

Vampire

Long ago, slayers were only used to keep the peace. They only killed a vampire when they killed a human. They were, essetntially, a police force. There would be times where they would even work with vampires to take on werewolves and demons. It was their way of keeping the towns safe.

Though, some people were not happy with this coexistance. Using dark magic, they began killing vampires, and humans who befriended them. Slayers were not safe from these Dark Slayers, and their numbers soon dwindled down to nothing. When these Dark Slayers were certain there were no more vampires, they vanished into the shadows, seemingly dissapearing forever.

It is now many centuries later, the year is 2010, and many things are still the same. The slayers still go after the murderous vampires, though now, they too are skilled with their own magic. The slayers though still know of the tales of the Dark Slayers, and keep a watch out for them, along with the heads of the slayer coven, and the Vampire Council.

The Dark Slayers are returning, and they want to finish what they started.
 
I quickly figured out an idea. I could play a young cop, say 20-22. He originally joined the force to help with the crime, just in time to watch it fall and his job reduced to street cleaner. Maybe he gets mixed up in this and decides to try helping the hacker, maybe stop playing by the rules in order to fix the problems.

My only question is, how advance is technology?
