Taking the eye she looked down at the starting button before nodding to him. Pressing it lightly as to not break the thing before she watched the screen spring from the eye, the light based screen showing the images that the bear had caught with his fake eye. She shook her head as she watched what was playing on the eye, her body not believing that this bear could capture so much in only a short amount of time.

Soon the images drew toward the attention of the three soldiers from earlier. Though out of vision, words, uncomprehensible though it was easy to tell someone offscreen was talking, could be heard. The soldiers drew their weapons before a figure took one's head off. Nathan. It saw the whole incident on how Nathan killed the soldiers and now it was playing it back for Emilie. Meanwhile, Nathan was dozing off against a tree all the while not even noticing.

Emilie swallowed hard watching the deaths that the bear had seen. Her blood rain cold while she dropped the eye, her footsteps causing her to step away from the eye. Not wanting to see Nathan killing those men anymore. The look of death in his eyes causing her to shiver while she looked away from him, moving towards the tent to hide herself.

Nathan had dozed off all the while and a few minutes later he came to. He saw that Emilie had left and the eye was on the ground, off from finishing. He could see a faint shadow within the tent so he figured it was Emilie. He picked up the eye and, seeing how it had no use anymore, crushed it within his palm.

Nathan- Hey Emilie, you going to bed already?

Hearing his voice coming towards her she looked away from him. Letting her hands hold her shoulders while she held back her nerves that she got from the man. Seeing him killing so coldly ran through her mind while he spoke. Straightening a little she cleared her throat before nodding. "I'm suddenly tired,"

Nathan- Oh, alright. Go ahead and get some sleep. I'll stay out here and try and contact the other pods again. Lemme know if you need anything, alright?

He went over to the radioset and tried again to call the pods. Something was weird. The frequency didn't even leave the camp ground nor the forest it was in.

Nathan- Damn...! They got jammers around here.

Emilie turned to watch him leave, she wondered if he would ever go off on her like that. She knew that he said that he loved her, but what if that wasn't true, and he had been lying. Moving to lay her head down she decided that getting sleep was the best way for her to think about what she'd seen. Closing her eyes she wished well to the day before falling into a slumber. Her dreams filled with thoughts of him and what they'd done and what she'd learned.

Darian returned moments later, not really caring that Nathan was cooking the bear. The scent filled the area of cooked meat. Nathan looked up at Darian.

Darian- I've set up traps around the forest. Noise traps in a 30 to 50 meter radius around camp. If someone trips them, a noise will go off alerting us to be ready.

Nathan- What if an animal trips it by accident?

Darian- How loud the sound is determines how big something stepped on it. A large screech means something heavier than a deer by about 20 pounds.

She woke to the smell of the meat cooking she smiled when it hit her nose. Emilie's stomach rumbled as the smell reminded her that she hadn't eaten since this morning. Moving out of the tent she looked towards the two men talking. Each one having their own ora, moving over she greeted Darian with a smile. Before looking to Nathan giving him a smile also but a little more concealed before looking to the cooking meat. "This looks good,"

Nathan- Yup.

He didn't mind that she was a bit concealed toward him because he didn't really notice it. He thought she was still tired. Darian nodded to greet her as he sat back against a log. Nathan put out the fire and the bear was ready to eat. Taking out a small knife, he cut a chunk of meat off. The smell of the cooked meat was even stronger now.

Nathan- Want some Emilie?

She watched as he cut the meat from the bear, her mind going to what she saw before she shook her head. Looking to him she tried to remember that he had promised that he would love her. Moving to him she gave him a look of wonder before moving into to give him a kiss. The kiss to her signaling that she trusted him and accepted who he was even if it scared her. "I would love some dear."

Nathan nodded and pulled off one of the large leaves off a nearby tree to use as a plate. The trees in Florensia were cleaner than anything else...when not tainted anyway. He put the hot, cooked meat on it and handed her the leaf of food.

Nathan- Here you go Emilie.

He found it odd she went back to using "dear" rather than "Nathan".

Taking her food she moved to sit down near Darian while she looked to her husband again. Her smile content while she ate the cooked meat. Glad that it tasted so good she consumed it fairly quick. Her stomach filling and losing its hungered feel. Looking to Nathan again she swallowed. "Nathan this is amazing, your a wonderful cook,"

Nathan- Eh...anyone could cook an animal over a fire. Just gotta know how long to keep it there is all. But thank you my wife.

He smiled and looked at her before looking at the sky. He felt uneasy but didn't show it. Someone was surely watching them.

Emilie ate her meat while she thought more about the three of them and what they would have to do to survive. True, since they'd gotten there it had been easy for them to stay undercover, but she wondered if men would start looking for the bear when he didn't return. She let her eyes look to her sword for a moment, remembering what Nathan had said before she looks to him again. "Nathan can you teach me how to use this thing?" She pointed to her sword.

Nathan looked at her and what she pointed at. Sword training wouldn't be too hard to teach. It wasn't like she needed to learn anything fancy. Forgetting the feeling, he nodded and stood up.

Nathan- When do you want to start?

"Whenever you feel like teaching me," she smiled to him moving to bring the leaf to the edge so she could keep their area clean. Her body keeping calm while she moved towards him. She tried to keep less tense around him. She knew that he was a good man that just needed to be cruel sometimes. Walking away she looked back to him with a smile picking up her sword. "I have to say I'm a bit of a perfectionist,"

Nathan- Erk...perfectionist...?

He really hadn't noticed and he hoped she was joking. If she was one of those perfectionists that would get annoyed over the smallest of things, he might be in trouble because he wasn't too fond of them.

Nathan- Lets go now if you're ready.

"Relax Nathan, don't you think you'd know if I was by now," she smiled at him moving to pull out her sword. Her body keeping calm as she tried to think stance that a sword fighter would use. "How's this?" she asked showing him a pose that she'd seen from a movie once, her body keeping still so he could tell her if she was right or not.

Nathan shook his head.

Nathan- Movies aren't always right y'know. Here.

He walked over and showed her how to hold the sword. Just like as if she were doing Kendo, both hands on the hilt and keeping it firmly low while pointing toward her opponent.

Nathan- Never try out those fancy stances.

Listening to him carefully she did as he told her, nodding her head when needed before looking back at him. "So from this position how to do I lung? I'm mean it's fairly heavy for me," she asked waiting for his answer. She didn't know why but Emilie enjoyed him teaching her something. She felt as if the bond was growing stronger while she kept her hands firm in place.

Nathan- Jump forward I guess. I'm not really much of a sword fighter so I don't know a lot to teach you other than common basics. Jump and slash forward I guess is how you'd do it.

Doing as he said she couldn't help but smile at him, he wasn't a sword fighter but he could brutally kill the best of them. Lunging a couple more times she turned to look at her husband to be before placing her sword on the ground. "Than what is it that you do? Can you teach me your method of fight?" She asked sweetly looking to him with question wondering if he would.

Nathan thought about the consequences about teaching her the arts of fighting he knew. He couldn't let her get drawn into the darkness of the forbidden fighting style he learned just to be where he was.

Nathan- I actually...uh...I actually fight mostly with whatever is around me, I'm more a resourceful man y'know?

She watched his face while he thought he seemed to be contemplating something. She gave him a smile when he came back to answer her, nodding her head she understood well enough. "I noticed, the way you moved during that fight was...well let's just say it was frightening to say the least. Although, you did use whatever was around you to your benefit," she finished moving to him. Her eyes calm towards him, reaching her arms out she gave him a hug before turning to look to Darian.
