Ryan opened the door to the coop and sighed, "Well, Your dad is an old friend of mine. He called me and said he needed help. He was going to lose his house and everything. I couldn't let that happen. Ryan finished up gathering the eggs and walked with Susan back to the house. "Yes you might be too young for me but like I said. If you were here just for sex I would have raped you as soon as your dad left."
 
Sighed softly " then why me" she asked him and entered the house and followed him to the kitchen letting her pretty frame lean against the door frame and watch him idly
 
Ryan sighed, "I don't know... Like I said I guess I was just tired of being alone... I'm sorry about all this... Look, if you really want to go home I call your dad and tell him to come get you... They can keep the money and the jobs. I really don't want you here against your will..." Ryan put the eggs in fridge and then walked to the living room.
 
Moved out of his way and watched him before following after him " you should of thought about all of this and told my father to talk to me about it, i promised I would stay a month, so i will stay a month" she said and walked off from him
 
Ryan stood up and walked over to her, "For your information, your father told me that he was going to talk to you before he brought you up here. I don't know why he didn't talk to you."
 
"You know, it's kind of hot today," said Ryan, " Would you like to go to the pond back in the woods? The water is so clear you can see all the way to the bottom."
 
Ryan smiled, "Great. You go change into your swimming suit and I'll meet you out on the porch." Ryan headed to his room and put on a blue pair of swimming trunks. He also put on a t-shirt and a pair of sneakers. Then he waited for Susan to come out of her room.
 
She nodded and went to her room and changed into her two piece which was just a solid green bikini top and a pair of boy shorts to match , she pulled on her short shorts and her converses then a white tank top over her body and walked out with a towel in hand.
 
Ryan grabbed a towel, "OK.. Here we go..." Ryan led Susan down a small path behind the cabin and it was a short walk when they started to heard a waterfall. Then the pond came into view. It was a nice sized pond with a nice little beach area and it was feed by a waterfall, "Nice huh..." Ryan took off his shoes and shirt.
 
Walked with him in silence and looked around gazing in awe at it all, she nodded lightly and watching him remove his shoes and shirt. Blushing lightly she removed her shorts and then her shirt revealing her long thin frame all signs of her youth showing int hat one moment, she gathered her hair ontop of her head and took her shoes off before walking to the edge where the small beach was and tested the water with her toes.
 
Ryan had is back to Susan while she took her clothes off and was stunned at her beauty. His dick instantly went hard so he decided to go ahead and get in the water to cool himself off.
