The region of Gridania has always lived in harmony with nature. Cities were made to exist with the natural world, and every single person worked to keep the Wild happy.
A few years ago, Silph Co. Decided to gain a foothold on Gridania. They quickly began an aggressive urbanization effort, which disrupted the balance on its own. But the many trainers that came with Silph made things even worse. Taking multiple Pokemon unbidden and disrupting the flow.
Now, the Wild fights back. Aggressive Pokemon have become far more common, and the expansion has ground to a halt. But even that hasn't stopped the Wild's rage. The wardens and shamans must find a way to return balance before all are forced to leave.

Hello! So, the idea for this RP is that the PCs are all 'Wardens', who bond with a single Pokemon as a child, and only ever utilize their partner in any sort of battle. We would be generally in the young adult range, and will have been given the task to work together and bring unity back to Gridania
To do this, trainers will be battled, leaders defeated, and aggressive Pokemon must be calmed.
But was it simply the expansion of Silph Co's city? Or is something more nefarious at work?
