Alice Obato is a retired trainer who is now a Pokémon breeder. She came to the Lingust Region, intrigued by the methods of breeding done there. But what she discovered was eye opening and sinful.
It was illegal for male trainers to have relations with female Pokémon, but yet it was encouraged to do the other way around, as it was easier for a woman, after eating an Enigma Berry, to lay the eggs of Pokémon with great potential after breeding. To ease any issues, these women are willing sex slaves, consenting to this life by choice.
Also, Pokémon in the Lingust Region are mostly futanari it not Male only who lust for women.
Learning about this drove Alice into wanting to gather a group of girls to be her slaves.

This is admittedly heavy for smut with a slave harem but want to do a plot here.
