But PCs one to three could all act interchangeably after the first set of enemies acted.

I guess it depends on if we're doing a spicy/saucy interrogation or something more mundane. I don't have much interest in Kobolds intimately myself (Sorry!), but I'm sure we can come up with some way to get info out of them.
