Hello, hello!
To get to the brass tax- wedgies.
A rather niche kink/like- but one I have adored for a very long time. From the more realistic approach: panties having very limited stretch, atomic wedgies, ripping, and such, to the more surreal/cartoony approach: panties stretching tens of feet away from the wearer, someone being wrapped like a mummy by their underwear, panties snapping back to the wearer like a rubber band, wedgies making one's eyes roll back, yo-yo wedgies, and so much more- I adore the majority of them all~!
(Some exceptions would be a 'messy wedgie' or when someone is only in their underwear? I don't find it as fun or pleasing, for example. Part of the fun of a wedgie, is digging into someone's pants to grab their panties, ya know? )
As one can tell from the title of this post, I wish for wedgies to be such a big focus within a possible story with someone.
My love of wedgies extent into a loving of panties in general, with some added elements too. From different styles, to materials I adore them all. On top, things like, 'Whale tails' or when someone squats down and their panties flash above their pants just briefly (or, their butt crack shows) are things I love a lot too.
In terms of set up, I have a few snippets of rough concepts to get the ball rolling but none of these are like complete fully flesh out. So, I welcome discussion and building together! Or, if you have a completely different thought in mind, by all means I'd love to hear!

So, for this, I'm thinking just a mundane world, where wedgies are just the normancy. Make your boss upset at work? She'll spin you around and floss your butt. Professors punishing misbehaving student, by having them hang in a wedgie for hours. This needs more work and thought in it- because I do feel it could grow stale fast but its an option!

I'm not far, and not super knowledgable but I have started BGIII and think Shadowheart is adorable aha!.
This is nto a full list by any means.
