If you haven't heard it before, how about checking out Rain Arcadia/Hate/Pain's theme song?

Standing on his dead planet, which he destroyed by his own hand, a man consumed by hatred cried tears of loathing. But he didn't loathe others. He loathed himself. From the time of his childhood, he had hated himself. He felt like he was worthless and not like others. That he was born without value, lesser to everyone.

This man, Rain Arcadia, was an Omega-class mutant. His kind were born once every million years and could live to be equally as old. They were the strongest mortals in existence and feared even by the New Gods. Rain didn't know that he was exceptional. His self-hatred was kept in check for as long as his bedridden mother lived. Caring for her made his life different from normal, and it was this gulf between how abnormal his life was compared to others that was the source of his self-hatred and self-loathing.

When his bedridden mother took her last breath, she joined Rain's father, who had committed suicide before Rain was born.. No longer bound by a mother whose life he needed to preserve out of love and caring, Rain's self-hatred exploded into hatred of everyone he felt inferior to.

"Mother...You were everything to me. I love you. How will I go on without you...?"

He had no purpose anymore, and so instead, he would be guided only by his feelings, which called for the death of all he could see.

Rain's mutant power was fully unleashed. His purple Soul Energy reached levels far beyond imagining. His hatred grew just as rapidly. With an animalistic scream of pure negative emotion, Rain annihilated all that lived on his home planet. He had ceased to be Rain Arcadia, caregiver. Now he was Hate, the Omega-class mutant whose only desire was to destroy everything.

---

Omega, the most evil of the Old Gods, had much in common with Hate. He hated all that lived because he preferred the solitude of being alone in endless darkness. His genocidal desires were only held in check by the Divine Edicts, which forbade Gods from directly interfering in the lives of others. A genocidal Omega-class mutant was the perfect tool for Omega.

"A mortal who believed himself inferior since childhood due to not fitting in with others. Over time, the sadness felt from that transformed into an all-consuming hatred."

The Old God of endless darkness laughed in glee.

"Only his mother's love stopped him from unleashing hell on all of those he felt lesser then. He didn't want to hurt her in any way, after all. Now that she is gone, nothing will stop him. Oh, I love it! What a perfect little weapon."

Omega opened a black portal to Earth One. His mind linked to Hate's, the hatred and pain feeling like heaven to him.

"Go through that portal. Kill everyone and destroy everything! Go nuts!"

Hate rushed through it, needing no encouragement to kill that which lived.

---

The moment that Hate stepped foot on Earth One, the Divine Edicts were broken. Only one Omega-class mutant was supposed to exist in each dimension. The reason for this was because that clashes between these beings could easily destroy planets. The first to sense his presence was...

If you haven't heard it before, how about checking out Lithuel's theme song?

What if Lithuel got a rematch against Hate?

Lithuel reincarnated on the exact spot that he had died precisely twenty-four hours after dying. He had been disintegrated by an energy blast beam fired from point blank range by Hate, a vicious Omega-class mutant. For a demon and angel halfling like himself, death was like being asleep. Now that he was awake, he wanted to kick Hate's ass. There would be no holding back and trying to understand him this time. Lithuel was going to beat his ass and send him back to his own dimension.

He looked around and honed in on Hate’s Soul Energy. He wasn’t far away, just enough to be out of sight. Lithuel grinned with anticipation and determination.

“Gotcha, bitch.”

Using his single left black angel wing and single right white angel wing, Lithuel rapidly flew just above the ground toward Hate. He hadn’t gone very far west before finding his foe, who was standing among the ruins of an English city.

Hate stood there, his entire body covered in pulsing black and purple Soul Energy. That nasty energy looked and felt poisonous. Lithuel flared up with a black and white Soul Aura before charging full speed at Hate. His purple Soul Aura stopped Lithuel's first punch, but the halfling continued a barrage of attacks. His hands and feet solidified with white angelic energy. Lithuel hit that Soul Aura as hard and fast as he could.

Hate swung back with a roundhouse punch and Lithuel dodged it thanks to his greater natural speed and reaction time. He knew that he didn't want to get hit clean by a foe who was growing stronger by the second. Moving his head a fraction of an inch while dodging, he received cuts from Hate's punches but was also able to counter along the same angle. Lithuel started moving rapidly around Hate to strike him from all sides and angles. Hate's Soul Aura held but Lithuel didn't give up. If he stayed patient, the halfling knew that he would eventually break through to start piecing Hate up.

Hate was fighting purely on rage. He swung his fists around with no technique or skill at all. When his anger at not being able to hit Lithuel reached its peak, he screamed in frustration. Lithuel seized the momentary vulnerability of when Hate's Soul Aura would drop right before the purple dome of Soul Energy took its place. He unloaded on Hate's face with pistoning right and left straights, almost imitating Scott's Million Punches of Valor technique. Stunned from the vicious blitzkrieg, Hate reeled back as his dome of death was negated.

Even as Lithuel laid into Hate with rapid combinations of kicks and punches to the face, the Omega-class mutant still wouldn't fall. When he opened his mouth to fire an energy blast beam at point blank range, Lithuel negated it by delivering a spinning back kick to his throat. Lithuel then delivered kick after kick to Hate's jaw in a tornado style, channeling Karate's famous flying tornado kick.

Thanks for the tip, Lone Wolf.

Hate lashed out with a roundhouse punch that Lithuel swayed backwards to avoid before countering with a rising kick to the chin. As Hate's head snapped back and his chin went upward, Lithuel grinned.

Time to use what you taught me, Scott.

Lithuel grabbed the back of Hate's head and interlocked his fingers together to create the Muay Thai 'plum', a unique type of clinching grab. Angelic Soul Energy solidified around Lithuel's right leg as he pulled Hate's head down into a vicious knee strike to the nose. Lithuel kneed him in the nose rapidly, not letting up for even a second. Hate was confused and making frustrated noises, but not pained ones. Using his Angelic Soul Aura, Lithuel protected himself from Hate's punches while increasing the power of his own Soul Energy strikes.

Unfortunately, the vicious assault was only making Hate angrier, and thus, more powerful. He screamed and a purple Soul Energy dome forced Lithuel off of him. The halfling was prepared to try and halt the dome's expansion. However, Hate was only using the dome to force Lithuel into a stationary position. The Omega-class mutant punched through both his own dome and Lithuel's Angelic Soul Aura in order to land a forceful shot to his nose. The halfling went flying backwards like he had been shot out of cannon.

With his Soul Aura down, Lithuel had no choice but to eat a flurry of devastating punches and kicks from Hate while he was stunned. The halfling came to after what felt like a million shots to the ribs. He pushed his head back against Hate's next punch to his face.

"Not bad, motherfucker!"

Being an Immortal Agent, Lithuel had an extremely high pain tolerance and could still fight even after taking over one thousand blows from the powerful Omega-class mutant.

Crazy to think that every one of Hate's strikes have enough Soul Energy contained within them to destroy an entire planet.

Lithuel couldn't survive another sustained beating like that. His only chance now was to strike back. With a laugh and a smile, Lithuel began Soul Screaming, thereby releasing 100% of his Soul Energy.

"No more playing around!"

With a single one inch punch to the solar plexus, he launched Hate high into the air. Lithuel then turned over so that he was face down and shot forward at great speed before doing a U-turn and flying right at Hate.

Angelic Soul Energy solidified around his right fist. Throwing it with finishing intent, Lithuel's punch was stopped by a purple Soul Aura. Hate grabbed his outstretched fist and fired a purple blast beam at point blank range. Lithuel's own Angelic Soul Aura was holding it off, but now the two were locked in a power struggle. Hate had the advantage and would win unless Lithuel held nothing back and went for broke. The halfling's eyes hardened and he began wordlessly screaming with pure emotion.

YOU WILL NOT OPPRESS ME!!!

His Angelic Soul Energy exploded in intensity and Lithuel pushed through with no fear or doubt clouding his mind. His Fist of Righteousness punched through Hate's energy blast beam and Soul Aura to hit him in the face with everything Lithuel had. Hate screamed out a death cry before plummeting toward the ground. Lithuel caught his foe in his arms and landed gently on the ground while holding Hate bridal-style. Before his amazed eyes, Hate began to change form.

The pulsating purple and black energy disappeared to reveal an average-looking Caucasian young man with short brown hair. To Lithuel's relief, he was breathing easily and his pulse was strong.

"So, this is what you really look like. I wouldn't guess to look at you that you're as crazy strong as you are."

After a quick telepathic conversation with Firestar, Lithuel winged into the sky while still carrying Rain. The Shadowgreen Institute's penitentiary would be the safest place to keep him for now since Rain had destroyed the the entire topography of his home planet, Cresta.

Lithuel reached the country of Shadowgreen near Paris, France in no time. From there, he entered the country and was guided to the Shadowgreen Institute by security staff. He then took a first floor elevator from the lobby down to the penitentiary on basement level three. After a brisk walk to the prison infirmary, he tucked Rain into bed. Lithuel put a pair of power negating handcuffs on him, hoping that their effectiveness on Omega-class mutants was identical to their effectiveness on regular mutants. The halfling then took a seat in a chair near the hospital bed to await Rain's awakening.
