Grant was pissed. Which meant everyone knew to stay out of his way.
Granted, it wasn't all Victoria's fault, or even mostly her fault. Second place in a statewide competition would have made most parents proud, but he wasn't most parents. Far from it. He ran the mafia in town, and after that debacle with the FBI, he was now the main contact for the region. Which meant that drug bust in Oregon had happened under his watch. He couldn't take it out on the guys who were actually responsible, they were now in jail or dead, but he COULD take it out on Victoria. So that's exactly what he was going to do. He had no control over Oregon, but he did have control over hsi daughter. Time to remind her of that, and the consequences for failure.
Grant just made one quick stop in the kitchen before he headed to Victoria's room. She wasn't home yet...bad news traveled fast, faster than Sara, who was currently driving the twins back from the competiion, at least. So he had time to take out soem of his frustrations out on her room, which was just as well. If he took his frustrations out directly on her, he might injure her, and he didn't want that. Why mess up such a pretty work of art?
Her room, of course, was another matter. Grant curcled his lip in disgust as he opened her door. White. Delicate. Girly. Ugly, at least in his opinion. Well, it would look a whole lot worse when he was done. First order of business was getting his hands free, which meant he had to drop the bag off, which he did right in the middle of her bed. Said bag consisted of the garbage from the kitchen. None of it was rotten, of course, the maids were too good for that, but it was still garbage. Bloody meat wrappers, apple cores, canned food that was not quite empty. The kitchen staff literally fed a small army, and generated a lot of stinky trash, and said trash was now deposited in the middle of Victoria's bed.
After that, he grabbed the teddy bear. He hadn't been there, but he knew John had given it to Victoria for their 18th birthday and she loved it...which meant he hated it. He shoved the bear agaisnt the wall and impaled it with the knife he'd taken from his pocket. Several times. Soon, the stuffing was all over the floor, and he left the ruined bear there pinned to the wall before he moved to the shelves next to the TV...and speaking of the TV...yeah, that went on the ground as well, quickly followed by the contents of her shelves. Grant began to stalk over to her closet to see if he coudl find that stupid shirt John had given her before he heard the door open again. Grant turned to look, curious if he'd see Victoria entering her room, liek he'd instructed Sara to make sure happened, or if one of his staff was foolish enough to interupt his tirade.
