Phaedra was just mumbling a bit but she was fading into a light sleep. He could probably get her out of the ice bath at that point in time before she ended up getting hypothermia.
Phaedra didn't seem to wake at all during the night, not fully anyways. She was definitely tossing and turning quite a bit throughout the night, but never seemed to wake.
The doctor was coming into the room to take over, just looking her over. "It seems like whatever that little lady had given her is doing a decent job at getting the poison cleared up. At least somewhat. As best it can anyways."
The doctor was nodding before he was speaking, "It is good that she has her own natural resistance to the poison or it would have killed her right away. You are lucky though that you didn't ingest any of it or get struck by that arrow. With how sickly you already were... that would have been fatal."
This had the doctor nodding his head before he was speaking, "Exactly. I was speaking with Anastasia a bit and she was telling me how strong the poison was. A silver needle blackening almost right away."
The doctor was just stating that it was hard to tell when she was going to wake up fully. He was stating that her fever hadn't risen at all from what it had been, it had dropped a little bit. Not much but even going down some was better than not at all or worse yet... rising.
Soon enough a couple of maids were arriving although they were definitely gossiping about the woman in the prince's bed. Most definitely going to be rumors going around that was for certain.
