Well my basic idea is lie this: MC, a male elementary school teacher (yes something hard to see) who comes from "the big city" becomes in charge of the only school at town, very few kids so he is the only teacher at home. The state allowed him to live on a what used to be a storehouse at the school's backyard but he refused and stated looking for a place to rent.
Looking for rental is how he meets YC's grandmother, the old woman has a cozy place still avaliable. Thinking it's perfect MC signs the contract and starts living there. At some point he meet's the old woman's grandaughter who lives with her.
