The Gates: New Neighbors

Fifteen years ago there was a short-lived TV series named The Gates about an exclusive upscale suburban neighborhood that happened to also be a haven for various supernatural creatures. Vampires, werewolves, witches, demons, and others called The Gates home, along with normal humans. I feel like that could be a nifty setting for open roleplay. Now one wouldn't have to have seen the show or know much about it as this would be set in real time, so a decade and a half after the series ended. Think of it as one of those reboots that the networks love so much. Obvious potential for smutty fun with the various sexy spooky types, plus other forms of friction as some species don't get along and the need for secrecy in the community.
