Phaedra was commenting "Right now we are safe enough with the Crimson King being distracted."

 

[LunarWolf]

Jack nodded his head and hoped that she would rest as well

 

[GuardianAngel]

Phaedra was just letting out a small breath before she was speaking "I shall be retiring. You are welcome to remain here as you wish."

 

[LunarWolf]

Jack nodded his head lightly and then wished her a good evening

 

[GuardianAngel]

Phaedra was nodding before heading off to her room to rest for the night, or attempt to.

Jack would keep an eye on the barrier and strengthen it if needed but he didn't think he would need too

Phaedra was just heading off to her room for the evening to sleep and rest for a bit.

Jack sat in the room and rested but he didn't sleep his mind on everything that was happening

For the most part people resting for the night. Now and again Jake would feel many deaths happening, but in an area not recommended to travel to at the moment.

Jack skin itched at the unclaimed souls but he didn’t risk traveling

At some point though there were definitely a number of people that would be startled by the blood curdling scream that was coming from Emeline's room. It actually had Phaedra up and rushing off to the room.

Jack was moving as well having heard her scream from where he was sitting

 

[GuardianAngel]

Phaedra was in the room already and just wrapping her arms around Emeline, just trying to get her to calm.

 

[LunarWolf]

Jack walked in and then spoke "what is wrong?"

 

[GuardianAngel]

Phaedra was just looking before she was speaking in a soft voice "Roman. She saw his death." Her way of asking Jack to look into it. Had it happened yet?

 

[LunarWolf]

Jack closed his eyes and focused on his power searching for the soul of her brother.

 

[GuardianAngel]

Jack would find his soul but he could definitely feel that it was fading. There was resistance but it was fading and fast. Emeline was just clinging to Phaedra, just sobbing. Phaedra was rubbing his back gently and was speaking in a gentle voice "Shh sweetheart."

 

[LunarWolf]

Jack then vanished heading for where Roman was. he had looked at the males life line he wasn't due to die just yet

 

[GuardianAngel]

He would arrive at what appeared to be a village and there were head bodies all over the place. He would eventually find the man but he would also find a few civilians near him, one of them pointing a pitchfork at Jack. "You people's tried to kill us and if it wasn't for him we would all be dead, we won't let you kill him." The older man spoke. His voice firm but afraid, thinking Jack as an enemy.

Jack held his hands up and then spoke "I am a god of death but I am not hear to claim his soul if you let me I can save him"

 

[GuardianAngel]

One of the people seemed to still be on edge but they were letting him pass anyways.

 

[LunarWolf]

Jack moved to Roman and then placed his hands over the mans wounds. he then focused his power and went to work healing him

 

[GuardianAngel]

The civilians were just watching but there was a slight look of fear at sound in the distance. And soon there was a figure heading towards them, but the energy would be familiar to Jack. Phoenix.

 

[LunarWolf]

Jack looked back for a moment but he focused on Roman knowing that he had to work fast

 

[GuardianAngel]

Phoenix was heading towards them although it wasn't long before black flames seemed to be wrapping around all of them - with good timing as a magically attack came out of nowhere. The village was right near the battlefield and Roman had been trying to protect them while they evacuated. "Now now, attacking innocents isn't alright." Phoenix was speaking to her brothers men as they came out of hiding.
