Nyx was just sitting with her sunglasses on and a mask over her face, still hiding her features at that point in time. Sadly there were still some people there that didn't realize who she actually was. Until they heard the music then they knew who had sung it - but not that Nyx herself was sitting there. It wasn't long before she was actually getting up and going over to steal a script from somebody who was doing a terrible job at reading. No now she was reading through it - and actually bothering to add in emotion.
 
Nyx was just doing a read through at that point in time, and one would think that she was a natural for acting. At least with the reading. The actual acting part she didn't have the talent for - but that wasn't the point in the matter. "Emotions matter. Even if the words. You are good at the acting portion... not so much the emotional portion. The actions mean nothing without the emotion." was all she was saying to the actress.
 
The actress was just stammering a bit and was then stating that she wasn't an actress so she wouldn't know. "No I have no talent for acting as you saw. But I do know emotion. Even I have to have a lot of emotion it my tone to get the point across for my own career. If I don't have emotion then... my words are just that. Words. Words with no true meaning." Yes even as a singer... emotion in the voice was important.
 
Drake nodded in agreement with Nyx "she is right it doesn't matter if you can' act you have to be able to put the emotion behind it as well"
 
The actress was just scoffing and was just asking what a wannabe script reader knew about anything, especially with being a celebrity. This actually had Nyx starting to laugh a little bit as her words. Wannabe script reader that knew nothing about celebrity life, huh. Now that was absolute gold.
 
Nyx was just giggling a bit before she was taking off the mask and the sunglasses, actually revealing herself finally. "I am definitely not unfamiliar with the celebrity world." was all she was saying.
 
The actress was just stammering a bit and Nyx was commenting, "Your acting skills are amazing. You are skilled with that. Now you just need to work on the emotion in your voice, and the emotion on her features.... And you could become one of the top actresses easily."
 
This had the actress giving a nod after a moment in time, but she didn't seem to say anything. No she seemed more in thought again but she was jumping to her feet and stating, "Lets go again!" Renewed vigor!
 
Well the actress definitely seemed to be trying to add in emotion with her acting at that point in time. It was definitely a struggle at first but the more that they practiced, the better it was getting. It seemed as though she were a completely different actress, somewhat anyways.
 
The director was nodding his head and was speaking, "Yes that is acceptable. I had wanted to get some music throughout the movie as it was - because what movie doesn't have something like that."
 
The director was just figuring everything out with her while the others did a read through of the script.
 
Everybody seemed to be rehearsing although it didn't take the director long to realize that it was Nyx who was reading through the lines of a mysterious woman. A role that he wanted to cast although hadn't found anybody who fit the role; so he was just using a recording that his wife had made to play when her lines were spoken. For the time anyways.
 
Nyx was just reading through the lines at that point, having found the recording to be a bit obnoxious, and there were some of the others that hadn't been able to hear it at all. Too far away and it didn't get that loud.
