Let's get straight to the point.
I'm looking to RP with my OC, Babbit. She's a guilder of the Mercator Sanguis, living in the Ash Wastes of Necromunda and trying to build up her fledgling empire out of the blood and dust of the Wasteland. I have a full-on Goggle Doc for her character sheet if you'd like to look at it. The Doc includes a comprehensive kink/limit list for her character, as well as other details. It's very stylized, so it's difficult to copy/paste over onto the format here on BMR. Otherwise, here is a simple character reference:
As well as a brief background taken as an excerpt from her full CS:
NAME: Babbit Arynia Van der Vennet
ALIASES: “Lady Vee”
AGE: 26
SEX: Female
RACE: Human
SEXUALITY: Hetero
RELIGION: Imperial Cult
HOMEWORLD: Necromunda
- Settlement: Cinderak City
HEIGHT: 1.55 m
WEIGHT: 84.8 kg
EYES: Brown
HAIR: Brown
AFFILIATION:
Mercator Sanguis
- Van der Vennet Clan
RANK:
Guild Procurator, Chain Lord
PSYKER CAPACITY: None
...Fate was kind enough to Babbit that she was born above the common dregs of Necromundan society; not so kind that she was noble born, but instead as the daughter of a respected and prosperous guild clan. Hers was a sure path to becoming a Chain Lord in the Mercator Sanguis, the Slave Guild of Necromunda.
With six older siblings before her, all of which were Guild Procurators in their own right, it was with little doubt that Babbit would ascend into her own station as a chartered guilder. The children of Dolgaan Van der Vennet were many, and Babbit held nothing in the way of favouritism. In fact, as a middling child, she would inherit little more than the familial name and official doctrine to conduct business. Her forbearing siblings had already secured lucrative corners of the Palatine Cluster by the time she had come of age, carving out their varying niches in the Hive cities of Trazior, Acropolis, Temenos, Thatos, and several of the lesser Hives as well. Hive Primus was, of course, the epicenter of the Mercator Sanguis, and therefore the ambitiously selected site of the Clan Van der Vennet’s holestead.
Then, at the turn of the millenia, a wholly unforeseen event would shatter the hierarchical order of Necromunda. As the Cicatrix Maledictum created a great rift that divided the galaxy, the cosmic shadow it created upon its birth washed Necromunda in a temporary darkness that ground every industry on the planet to a standstill. As the fires died, and the lights went out, Necromunda descended into utter chaos. By the start of the Solset season, news of Lord Helmawr’s assassination spread, and all semblance of stability left with his rulership. All Hell descended on the planet as the heirs to Helmawr’s legacy, as well as the ambitious Houses, all put in their bid for rulership of the planet. Babbit’s clan fled to the Ash Wastes, making their way to Cinderak City only to find themselves caught up in the havoc played out by the usurping Goliath Over-Tyrant, Djangar “Gunfists”.

When the dust had finally settled, many of Babbit’s siblings had perished in the upheaval. The fraction of her clan that had fled to Cinderak City had been all but killed off. Babbit and her father, along with a small handful of other clanmates, had managed to survive the bloodbath that had descended upon the region during the failed coup. Eventually, Dolgaan returned to Hive Primus so that he might restore the catastrophe that was left of their guild clan holdings. Babbit in turn, was left in Cinderak City to make her own way as a fully-fledged Mercator of the Sanguis guild...The setting will be the Cinderak Crater, on the planet Necromunda.
Cinderak City and the outlying settlements will be the canvas for our narrative.
The current year is nebulous, but definitely in the aftermath of the events of "Cinderak Burning", M2.069.3
As far as the adventure scenario, I have a variety of notions that can be played out:
From battles on the Rolling Roads, to surviving a Gang Raid, to precarious Cargo Runs, to simply surviving an Ash Storm, or even participating in a Death Race...
Or... something else? I'm open to hearing suggestions. I have lots of resources (supplemental manuals and PDFs) regarding the Necromunda setting. So, if you have an idea that you think could fit the setting of Necromunda's wasteland, just lemme know.
That being said, I'm not looking to have to go through great lengths of informing a newbie to the lore of Warhammer 40k and the Necromunda/Ash Wastes setting. I'm hoping to find a writing partner that is at least already familiar with the Warhammer 40,000 fandom and has a good overview of the Necromunda setting.
As you can probably glean from the rest of this RT, I'm looking for a significant presence of story in the roleplay to go along with the sexual elements. I'm not going to include a ratio because... well, who the fuck is actually measuring? But I DO want sexual elements in the story as well.
As far as your OC, all I ask is that your character fit the bill of what I'm looking to pair with:
My character is a hetero female, and I'm looking to pair her with a hetero male character that is older (35+) than she.
No Futas, FtMs, or non-binary characters, please.
I'm requesting a more grounded, original character of yours that would fit into the Warhammer 40k universe. Regular humans are totally acceptable. Abhumans like Ogryn and Ratlings are fine. Necromunda Gangers are great. Squats are even a definite possibility as they are a part of Necromunda's history and economy.
Big-badass-soldier and/or warlord types, however, are a No-Go for this kind of scenario. I absolutely am Not wanting any kind of Space Marines, Ad-mech, or Xenos for your character. I'm not really enthusiastic about them even being current military, such as Guard (low-ranking ex-military can definitely be part of their background, though). I'm also not interested in Furries (regardless of however you want to spin a non-canon abhuman), or Femboy/effeminate male character types. No anime, please.
IC Posts will be done in the THREADS, not by PM. OOCC will be held in PMs.
I post in multi-para/Novella style, about once a week on average. I'm ideally looking for someone that can reciprocate that style and availability. Writing samples supplied at request. For more info about my RP style and preferences, see my About Me, or just click on the link in my signature to get to my F-list.
