Howdy, BMR. I'm Bejeweled, and I'm looking for some fun RPs to get me back into the habit of writing. Remember the early days of RPing, where you'd just pick a fun set-up and go? That's what I want to do. A simple, but entertaining plot, with fleshed-out, flawed characters, that doesn't need to be planned into the grave before it even begins.

Important Info

• I'll commit to a reply per week, but probably not much more unless I have a light work week. If it's been more than seven days (IC or OOC) feel free to poke, but please don't before that. I'm also ditch-friendly; shit happens, and I won't hunt you down. No pressure is what I'm after.
• OOC talk is great! I'd love to discuss our story and/or talk about our pets even when we aren't actively writing replies. If you'd prefer to just keep it to the plot, though, no offense taken!
• I'm more focused on story and less focused on smut, but my F-List is here if you want to know what I will and won't write. Plots that revolve entirely around one kink being included are not my vibe.
• PM, thread, or Discord are all options. If you'd rather just add me on Discord, mine is bejeweledx
• Third-person at all times, even in plotting please; I do not enjoy referring to characters as "you" or "me" at any time.

Plot Bunnies

• Simple arranged-marriage-to-save-the-kingdom(s). Really looking to play an uppity elf against a down-to-earth orc, a tribalistic shamaness goblin to a run-of-the-mill human, a witch obsessed with dark magic redeemed and brought down to earth by a healer, a self-absorbed human against any kind of monster race…
• One character hires the other for assistance with a job they can't complete. I'd love to play a halfling alchemist, an ex-royal runaway elf who now makes a living as a thief, a half-orc warrior woman exiled from her village, a jaded tiefling sick of the world that cast her aside…
• Any Disney re-makes with our own OCs and original twists on the basic, family-friendly plot lines. Would love something Beauty and the Beast, Tarzan, or Mulan inspired.
• A mail-order bride situation, in any kind of realistic historical or fantasy setting.
• A divorced couple witnesses a crime, and are then forced to live in witness protection, masquerading as a husband and wife.
• Surviving a zombie apocalypse with a mysterious stranger.
• HP OC x OC — Maybe instead of a Triwizard Tournament competition, we do an inter-house, cooperative bonding experience?
• Pokemon OC x OC — Rivals forced to travel together who may or may not come upon an Evil Team plot they have to foil? Retired trainer finding love with an abandoned anthro Pokemon? Mystery Dungeon with our own OCs?
