𐌢 Intro I'll try to keep this concise this time around. If you are looking for more bells and whistles, feel free to check out one of my older threads. Hello everyone, I am actively seeking for exactly one creative writing partners for story-driven roleplays, and I want to stress directly that I'm looking for people who are as interested in bringing a story forward as I am. Coming up with plots, bouncing ideas off of each other's minds, and finally putting things into practice is my favorite thing, and thus I am looking for someone who is looking to contribute creatively to the story. If you are searching for someone doing all the work for you, please go on - I've grown too tired of that and I am looking for writing partners who are willing and eager to contribute. Please note that I am searching for this one very specific idea in this thread only. If you would like to write with me but do not like this idea, feel free to check out my other thread. Chances are high that I'm only interested in the plot mentioned below for the time being. ​ Also I should mention that my standards for writing quality are specifically high for this story. I'd cherish some top quality prose mixed with emotional turmoil and a few surprises spliced in here and there, and for that I am looking for a partner that can awe me on a consistent basis. 𐌢 About me As mentioned in the small headline above, I am looking for someone willing to play over PMs. My usual posting length ranges from somewhere between 600 to 2,000 words, but I rarely go below 800-900 words because I love at least a minimum of detail and prose. If you would like a sample of my writing, please mention it in your application, and I will gladly send you one. Currently, I can guarantee up to two postings a week, sometimes more and sometimes less. I have a demanding job that can sometimes lead to burnout, but these instances are usually short-lived. I will always try to keep you informed about such absences. If you are interested in my preferences, please take a look at the F-List above. It's a basic list akin to a vanilla baseline, but frankly speaking, there is nothing I wouldn't try if it fits into the story. If you are unsure about anything, simply ask; chances are high I'll be happy to at least give it a try.​ 𐌢 Current Cravings As mentioned in the subject, I am currently looking for a story written in an episodic format, meaning it will likely incorporate a lot of time jumps. I'm keeping my plot idea barebones and concise here, but the setup is the following: MC is a man of dubious nature (Hired Gun, Mercenary, Drug Dealer - you name it. Hard life, dirty work. You get the idea) YC is a sex worker (Could be a stripper, could be a prostitute, not really picky about this) that one day happens to meet MC. MC buys YC's services, but instead of her servicing him, they end up chatting about something they never talk about with anyone else. It could be a deep-rooted passion they never talk about, love for literature, arts, anything along these lines, but they hit it off and they basically forget about why they met in the first place and chat their borrowed time away. In my head they stumble across their shared interests by her using a stage name that is an allusion to something they both enjoy, like a name from a novel. Things would proceed from there. He would return weeks or months after their first meeting, and their relationship would still meander between weirdly transactional and strangely intimate. Rinse and repeat. Of course things would get physical at some point, but I would prefer if it takes at least a few meetings, and perhaps their first time turns out to be much more innocuous than would expect. Dirtier shenanigans are absolutely guaranteed later on, of course. But you get the idea of finding tenderness in unlikely places. I have more plot points in my head where it goes from there, but the core of the beginning would be their first meetings and their blossoming friend- and companionship.
