Alright I will try this again... recently I hit a bit of a creative, personal and emotional crash. This made me not be active and I am active again. So for previous partners reading this, I am sorry if it feels like I ghosted you.
Secondly, I think I will try to be more honest with my wants. I will do my best to convey that while also being accepting to new ideas...

I am not a new to roleplaying (I am new to this site). I am 27 years old, I use He/Him pronouns. I have been roleplaying since I turned eighteen. I used to write fanfictions and then go introduced to the world of Roleplaying, I enjoyed it since then.
I write in 3rd person and tend to do one paragraph minimum. I am not against face claim (realistic, anime, or ai) But I tend to not be good at it because I think of the character in my head and can't search correctly.
I can roleplay in DMs, Threads, or Discord (my discord info is only if you ask for it as it has a different name that this account name)
I play Male Character and for them to be paired with female characters. (Although there may be exceptions in future updates of this thread, for now I will stick with this until I get used to this site~). That said, I can play female NPCs, secondary characters if need be without issue.
Post Frequency: I tend to post at least once a day. I can post multiple times a day, but sometimes post one every other day (when I am busy in life).
Plot & Smut ratio: I can go either way! I think as long as we discuss it with honesty we can figure it out~
OOC Chatter: I am flexible with this. Open to any discussion.
New Rule: Although I fully understand your life is not going to center around a hobby, I will say you must at least update the RP within a week. If you cross a week, I will assume that you are not interested in the RP and leave it be. Vice Versa
Poking: I am not a person who pokes. Mention if you prefer I poke you, but the same rule above still applies... if you take longer than a week to reply, I just assume you are not interested in the RP.
Note: Please do not take the title of this section as "shallow", I am very flexible with any RP player's style, this is just more of a clarification on communication.
Honesty & Communication of Expectation with Each Other: On the RP sites, Reddit Threads, etc I have encountered, I always found a lack of communication with RP partners tends to cause the RP to fall apart. I mean of what we expect/want in the RP. If you graciously message for an RP request, I only ask to be open and honest what you want in the RP we can make together.
Limits: Anything completely depraved or extreme, Toilet Play, or anything close
Things I am not doing at the moment: Vampires, Prominent Age-Gap (especially older males v young female), and Step-Father x Step-Daughter Dynamic
The Breeding Law
Synopsis. In the year 2020, scientist discovered a 'resonance' within people that could be quantified. This resonance would later be called Compatibility. What it meant is that specific people could test if their resonance were compatible. People with 49% or lower resonance were said to not be a match and could never love each. But people with 50% or higher resonance were said to be in love immediately and want to love each other almost forever. At first this became a trend in social media. Couples would see their Compatibility. Most would get a low number like 24%. Some would be lucky to get over 50%. The trend died and it seemed Compatibility would not matter. But birthrates lowered and in year 2025, a world wide law agreed by many world leaders was passed. The Breeding Law. It states that two people with 50% or more compatibility must have one child together. Of course, this posed a problem when the people who were compatible were strangers, some married and with their own family. But the law persist. There was activism against it, but Compatibility was accurate and people who were 50% or more compatible, when getting together, always fell in love.
This is not the Handmaid's Tale. I heard this comparison a lot by the few I spoke about it. I never seen the Handmaid's tale, but did read up on it. I will say The Breeding Law is meant to be equal in terms of 'dystopia' for men and women. Although I fully understand if it doesn't look like that way at first sight.
I don't mind any ideas involving this 'setting/concept world'. If you have any ideas, please share.

Please note that is just the story line suggestion I have. I will be honest and say this one has cheating. Not cucking or cheating on a bad partner. But cheating in terms that the woman/man is happily cheating. And there is a theme that the cheating partner(s) get away with it.
In year 2030 (5 years since the Breeding Law was introduced) YC has always been a hard working business woman with a loving husband. YC and the husband were happy together and through hardships, made it work and even managed to have a baby together. When YC had the baby, her resonance was put into the system, but it didn't matter because YC thought she had a 'family', there was no one she was compatible with... MC struggled his whole life. After graduating with a degree that became useless once Compatibility became a thing, he struggled in back breaking work. Soon ending up in the hole he was in. He needed to put his resonance in the system because of work requirements. He thought he was too useless to ever get someone to be compatible with. MC always been down on his luck and it seemed he would be stuck at rock bottom.
But then... there was a match. YC and MC were Compatible by 93%. The government now doing everything they can to guarantee our characters will end up. Of course, it may not be easy.
Expectation. Slow Burn or Semi-Slow burn. I want there to be enough side characters/NPC for their to be drama. I don't need YC to immediately fall for MC, let it be a process. And the biggest thing of all, it will obviously end with YC and MC having a child. YC and MC falling in love. But once again, I want there to be drama and tension to a degree. MC and YC's husband have a hatred for each other... YC's friends either disagree or agree with the breeding law.
