Junior Agents of SHIELD (DemonicOne & Dbspock)

Nike looked at Courtney skeptically, then shrugged. She appeared to be behaving normally, at least for a girl, even if she had been hallucinating earlier. "Sure." He agreed as he headed over to the fridge. "I'll heat some up for us in the microwave. And hey...there's a table down here now we can eat at." Mike pointed out as he opened the fridge and got four pieces of pizza out. He put them on a plate and put them in the microwave before he pressed the reheat button. As the pizza was warming up, he went back to the fridge and got a root beer. "What do you want to drink?" He asked.

Barry nodded sympathetically when she mentioned a bad dream. He'd been afraid of something like that, which was why he'd woken her. He hadn't planned to ask what the dream was about, that seemed way too personal, and he got a surprised look on his face when she began to explain anyway. He nodded when she said she didn't want to go into detail, he wasn't going to press her, but he'd listen if she wanted to talk. He nodded again as she rushed past him, and watched her go into the bathroom. He stared at the door for a few minutes, then went and sat down in front of his computer. If Skye wasn't out in a few minutes, he'd go check on her. In the meantime, he'd get her email set up. Every teenager needed email, after all.

Courney nodded "Ill have a bottle of water to drink, Im going to go freshen up while you heat up the food. I wont be long." She said as she walked by him and into the bathroom where she closed the door and stood looking into the mirror trying to convince herself that she really hadnt seen the box glowing and that it was all in her head. After a minute or two of staring into the mirror she ran some water and washed her face before heading back out tot he dining area they had for the two of them. "Well, the hard parts over with. Everything is at least in the right rooms now. Now we al just need to figure out where we want what. That part is going to take awhile." she laughed slightly leaning back in the chair

Skye wiped the tears from her eyes and threw a bit more water onto her face before she came out and walked back to her room to grab her sketchpad and some pencils before she noticed Barry doing something on the computer "What are you doing?" She asked curiously since even though she could see it was something on the internet and he had her name up there but she could figure out what exactly he was up to. Was he searching for her records or something? As far as she knew those were beyond sealed off. Even she couldnt get a look at them.

"Water...adventurous." Mike teased her, though he did get the water she requested. He did stare a bit at the bathroom door after she entered, recalling what he had seen last night in that very room. When the microwave beeped, it pulled him out of his memories, and he got the pizza out of the oven and set it on the table along with their drinks. "Dinner is served." Mike said with a flourish of his arm, then playfully pulled out her chair for her, helping her get seated as if they were in an actual restaurant before he took his own seat. "Well, close enough, at least." he agreed. Some chairs and stuff might get moved around as they settled in, but it wouldn't be that big a deal. "But yeah...I need to organize my comics again. That's going to take a bit."

Barry didn't look over at Skye until she addressed him, not wanting to violate her space more than he already had. but when she spoke, he turned and smiled at her. "Getting your email set up so I can spam you." He teased her. "Any preference for a user name? Or should I just use your name? We're on our own server, so you don't have to worry about it being taken or something."

Courtney couldnt help but laugh at Mikes behavior. "Why thank you sir!" She said and sat down. She was slowly starting to grow quite fond of Mike. She never outright despised him or Pat either one but she did resent the situation because it meant she had to leave her old home, school and friends in LA but its not like she was a million miles away. It was literally just down the highway from LA and only a few miles outside of town so if it came to it she could hop on her bicycle and ride back and forth until she got her license. "Yeah, I know what you mean. Im going to need to reorganize all my books and CDs and whatnot as well but I had been looking for an excuse anyway." She shrugged and waited for him to sit down and then started to eat not realizing how hungry she was and having finished off her pizza in fairly short order.

She shrugged "Well I mean you would be the only one with my email anyway so youre the only one who would email me. Not like I have any friends or whatever so its whatever." She shrugged it off. She could tell he was trying to joke but somehow she either didnt get the joke or didnt care. Which one wasnt entirely clear. "As for username? Im not sure. This is my first time having an email or anything like that so I dont know what to pick other than just my name."

"You are welcome, Ma'am." Nike had been more than apprehensive about suddenly getting a sister, quite frankly especially one that looked as hot as Courtney, but she actually wasn't that difficult to talk to, and she seemed to get his sense of humor which made things much easier. He gave a slight bow as he took a seat across from her. He chuckled when she mentioned her books. "Yeah, I know all about your book collection. Those things were heavy." He mock complained, though they really didn't weigh more than his comics.

Mike didn't devour his pizza quite as fast as Courtney, but it was close. "Want some more?" he asked as he considered seconds. He then grinned a bit as he spotted some tomato sauce on her chin. "Umm...you've got some..." He trailed off and pointed to his own chin, figuring she'd get the hint.

"Oh, don't worry. I'll add you to same mailing lists so you can save money on auto insurance as well." He continued to try and tease her, not picking up on the fact she didn't get the joke. He shrugged at her noncommittal reply about her email address. "Well, I'll just use Skye then. I can always change it later...or show you how to change it, if your curious." He offered with a shrug, not sure if she'd enjoy that or not. "Anyway...I've just about got your laptop updated, and it's already on the wifi. So when you go to use it, you'll just have to set the password for it."
