Skye was just humming softly and letting the woman tend to her hair at that point in time, just chatting with her about how everything has been going.
 
It did seem to take forever for everything to get done but soon enough it was coming to an end, and Skye was just thanking the woman happily.
 
Skye was just giving a small nod of her head before she was stating, "I'm still going to be nervous since I don't know what is going to happen."
 
Skye was just looking towards the doctor for a brief moment in time before she was speaking, "You are welcome. Although I am not going to lie when I say that I've been a bit nervous."
 
"Understandable I didn't give you much to work with" the doctor sat and faced her and then spoke "a co-worker of mine has learned of an experimental procedure that would possibly restore the use and feeling in your legs."
 
Skye was just looking at the doctor for a brief moment in time before she was just chuckling a bit when he was commenting that he hadn't given her much to work with before stating that at least she had known it was for a good reason. Although she was definitely going quite quiet when he was mentioning why he had called her in. An experimental procedure that could allow her to walk again pretty much. "Wait.... seriously.... I....I didn't think it would be possible."
 
"it had been successfully done four times and when I called and talked to them the doctor doing the surgery is willing to do the surgery cost free as it is an experiment. all the others were given the same treatment." the doctor looked at them both and then spoke again "if you want I can call them and find out when they can be here"
 
Skye listened to what he had to say before she was just thinking about it. After a moment in time she was nodding her head before she was speaking, "Mind as well give it a try. Worse case scenario... I still cannot walk. Best case scenario I will be able to walk again some day." Granted she knew that it was going to involve a lot of physical therapy but that was still on that best case scenario side of things.
 
Skye was just nodding her head before she was just looking towards Sky. Well she was definitely even more nervous at that point in time, perhaps a little afraid as well. She was trying to not let her hopes get up at all... just in case it didn't work.
 
Skye was just giving a nod of her head and was giving him a hug back before she was looking towards the doctor as he was coming back into the room. They could be there tomorrow. Although she was really hoping that Skye had the day off tomorrow. But considering her brother was out of town for a meeting with other commissioners she was positive he would need to be at work. At least one of them had to be in the building to keep things running. But she was giving a nod of her head before asking, "What time?"
