The Art Thief's Obsession (LunarWolf and Guardian Angel)

Skye was just jotting down ideas as he was helping her come up with them, before she was finding herself starting to get a little drowsy.

It wasn't long before there was the move to the different room, although while Skye was awake when this happened she was quite out of it from suddenly waking up. But she did calm pretty quickly when she realized what was happening.

Sky held on to her hand while they moved rooms silently telling her that he was still there. while he couldn't be there over night he was there for now

The doctor was just looking towards Sky before he was speaking, "These rooms don't allow for overnight visitors on this floor typically but I did speak with the hospital director and he is willing to make an exception. But he is only going to allow two people to be able to have the okay to stay overnight and only those two - everybody else will have to visit during visiting hours. I don't have her brother's contact information or I would let him know all of this myself." He figured that Nicolas would obviously be one of the two.

Sky nodded his head "I will let her brother know as he will be one of the ones staying with her over night if not him then I will be" Sky figured this would ease the mans mind as well knowing that someone he trusted was with his sister

This had the doctor nodding his head before he was making a note on his tablet then was stating that he was hoping they would be able to get her out of there within a few days. "We are hoping that perhaps extra rest will help that nerve, that perhaps by miracle it will start to repair itself." he was speaking. Trying to be hopeful, since that is what the other doctors were wanting to be, but he already knew that it wasn't going to work.

The doctor was nodding before he was speaking, "I don't want to bring false hope, especially in a situation like this. I am trying to get her discharged sooner rather than later, especially with everything else looking good. But there are a number of things that I'll have to make sure of, to ensure that she is going to be safe and able to take care of herself properly." Making sure that her living situation was going to be alright, that she had a support system. No this was a doctor who wanted to be sure that his patients were always going to be in good hands - whether it was themselves being able to do it, they were getting help. And he knew about her moving out, or being evicted so he wanted to make sure that she wasn't going to be homeless and trying to recover.

Sky nodded "she will be living with me for the time being as I have a hope that can easily accommodate a wheelchair and her brother, myself, and her friends are all going to be there to help her"

The doctor was giving a nod of his head before he was speaking, "It is going to be a tough road of recovery and adapting, but I have seen that she has a strong support system which will help greatly. I'll go and report to the director and discuss stuff over with him about potentially getting her out of here sooner rather than later."

"People tend to heal better when they are in a place more familiar to them or something that feels more like home. I will have a nurse come and give you some information though. This is information for you - to better help you be able to help her now that she is paralyzed." the doctor was speaking after a moment in time, treating Sky as the caregiver at that point. But he wanted him to be informed of what was going to come out of taking her in, especially until the break was healed up and she had adapted to this new condition.
