One last hit to the bag and he leaned against the wall breathing and took a soft breath and grabbed a change of cloth's and walked to the bathroom hearing her in there he sighed."Would you mind getting gussied up for me I have made reservations at a restaurant for us. If you don't want to go then that's fine I will be going alone." he then slipped into their parents room and slipped into a shower to clean up before they had to go for dinner. He hoped she would wear the dress he got her for dinner he just wanted to see it and maybe do something before but hey they could do dinner and a movie first he liked that idea.
 
She heard him and while she didn't reply to him she had made up her mind pretty quickly that she was going. She was out of the shower about ten minutes before him and spent the time blow drying her hair, getting into the dress he had bought for her and then doing her make up. Then she walked into her parents room and sat on the bed, just sitting there as she waited for him to finish. Roxanne wanted him to see what the dress looked like on her.
 
He got out about 5 min after she got into the room he came out running the towel through his hair and was wearing slacks and no shirt and looked over her seeing the small strapless dress on her. with a smile and put the towel in bathroom and finished getting dressed in about 5 min he was out wearing a black dress shirt with red tie and grabbed the black coat off the hanger and slipped it on his shoes were shined and formed to his feet perfectly. "Do you have a preference on a movie you want to go see or would you prefer the theater I know a manager at one that could get us in for free."

She shrugged. "I don't care what movie we see." She said, rising from where she sat on the bed and walking over to him. She then let her arms fall from his neck and moved away from him, going to get her shoes on. Roxanne knew that if he didn't really love her that he wouldn't be doing all this for her, but she was still hesitant to further their relationship.
 
He smiled at her and ran his hand over her bare shoulder and looked at her in that dress."Its fine i shouldn't of forcefully taken your virginity like that i wish i could change what happened and make love to you but let me at least do dinner and a move for you?" he took her hands softly this time and pulled her to her feet and kissed her deeply and passionately. his hands wrapped around her waist and held her lithe frame to him.
 
When he came over to her and pulled her to her feet she wrapped her arms around his neck as he kissed her, smiling against his lips. "I'll gladly let you do dinner and a movie for me. Maybe after we come back here and do something special." She said and when she was pulled to his body she smiled, looking up into his eyes.
 
“Okay Roxy” he then slowly slides from her and they walked downstairs and he slipped into the Mercedes, but first opened the door for her and smiled. “Remember that restaurant that mom and dad took us all to last year on valentines well I got us reservations there just for us in a privet booth in the back.” He told her as they pulled out and he headed down the road towards the restaurant.
 
When she git into the Mercedes she listened to Jake as he explained where they were going before replying with a nod. "Yes, I remember, that place was really nice. But you didn't need to get a private booth for us." Roxy said, not wanting to think about how much he had spent on her just for tonight. "Maybe once we get back here we can do something special to finish the night." She suggested.
 
"Alright we can skip the movie." he told her as they pulled up and headed inside and he placed his order at the front and told them to bring a menu for her unless she knew what she wanted already so that they would have maximum amount of time to spend together without being bothered.
 
When Jake told them to bring her a menu she didn't protest because she didn't have a clue what she wanted to order. When she was sure the two of them were alone she finally spoke, asking a question that had been running through her mind all day. "So, what does all of this make us?"
 
"well what do you want it to make us?' he asked as they were seated and he looked to her with a smile. "You are the only woman i want to be with anymore Roxy" he smiled and kissed her again his hand resting on her thigh with a soft smile.
 
"I'm not sure what I want to make us.. After earlier." She said, clearly hesitating to trust him, mainly because of what had happened earlier. When he kissed her, though, she kissed back and smiled against his lips, clearly enjoying it. When he left his hand rest on her thigh, she didn't pull away which had to be a good sign.
 
"Well when you know what you want us let me know i wont be gone as much anymore."infact he pulled out his little black book and handed it to her. "Hold onto this till i can give it to someone else i wont need it anymore."he said and squeezed her thigh and laid out his silverwear when teh waiter came to give her a menu and he smiled waiting for her to descide placing the napkin on his lap. he smiled and saw the sodas come and sipped at his with a smile.
 
She looked at his little black book as it was handed to her with a shocked look upon her face. It was then that it hit her: Jake wasn't lying to her, in fact, he meant every word of what he had said. When she felt him gently squeeze her thigh she smiled weakly at him. Then when the waiter came with a menu for her she took a few minutes to look through it before ordering what she wanted. Then when the drinks came she took a small sip before laying out her silverware and placing the napkin on her lap just as her brother had.
 
He smiled at her"I hope the dress isn't too small i was going to get you something for under it but it seems you already found something." he chuckled and took another drink of his glass and watched her. "I'm sorry with how I took your virginity i thought it was what you wanted i caught you watching me having sex the other night. infact alot of the girls i was thinking about you while i was with them wondering if you felt like that or if you had even had sex."
 
"You wouldn't have gotten me anything to wear under it and if it were up to you I wouldn't have anything under it right now." Roxanne said in a teasing manner. Returning with a smile that looked genuine enough he sat down and took another bite and asked. "Then who's eyes were they?' he asked softly he sounded flat, monotone if you will.
 
Roxanne was about to reply to his apology when he excused himself from the table as he began to come to the realization that he had raped her. She thought about getting up to follow him, but knew that once he got into the men's bathroom there wasn't anything she could do for him so she stayed at the table. While he was away she hardily ate any of her food, though because she was too worried about him to think about eating.

"Instead of trying to act like everything is alright why don't you tell me what's going on?' Roxy asked as she took his free hand with one of her's.
 
He squeezed her hand softly and kissed her cheek the smell of mint was still strong. He dodged her question with a simple retort. "I think you already know." he said and slipped his hand from hers and he slowly started to eat and after a couple of bites he spoke again. "I did something to you that was wrong and i can not change i molded something that is supposed to be enjoyed into something that seems more like an attack." he said and sighed and when he saw the waiter he asked for a box for his unable to figure out how to eat now his appetite gone she hadn't ruined his night though he had by his actions earlier. he even had flowers and a large stuffed bear sitting at home for her in the living room and another in her bedroom and her bed was sprinkled with rose pettles. he wondered if that would even matter now the notes on the cards were so romantic it would seem like he stole them form a romance author.

Pulling his phone out he called one of his friends and told him to meet him at the house he had a gift for him and he took a deep breath and sighed putting the phone away avoiding talking to his friend about what was wrong.
 
She didn't mind the strong smell of mint that she noticed as he leaned over and kissed her cheek after squeezing her hand. When he returned to sitting up straight she watched as he pulled his hand away from her's as she listened to him. She watched for a few minutes as he took a few small bites. "You wanted it so bad for years and I was constantly teasing you, though." Roxanne said, clearly she had found a way to blame herself and justify what he had done. Truthfully she had done it while she had been in the shower. "Why don't I get a box for this and we go ahead and go home?" She asked, able to tell that he didn't feel like staying. She had no clue about the romantic surprises that were waiting for her at home. As he talked on the phone she was silent.
 
"i still shouldn't of forced you to its not your fault you couldn't of over powered me and you know that." he just nodded to her other question as the box came for his he asked for one for her and sighed watching it get put away he could heat it up later when he felt better and could stomach food again. he looked to her and patted her thigh and stand running his hand along the table to her as the waiter starts to work on boxing her meal and putting it in the bag. he offers his hand to her to assist her with getting up and he took the bag when it was done the check was paid and he headed towards the car opening her door for her to let her in.
 
"Maybe that is so but I don't blame you for doing it." She said softly, after all, for years now she had purposely teased him about how the two of them couldn't be together so Roxanne didn't blame him for raping her. Roxy tensed up a bit when he patted her thigh and watched as he moved his hand across the table to her. When he stood and offered his hand to her she took it and soon was standing beside him. "I can carry it if you want." She offered. Then when they got to the car she got in and closed her door, watching as he got in.
 
He slide into the car and started it letting her hold the food as they drove back home upon getting there he looked to hsi friend and sighed. "Roxy give him my black book" he told her and stood on the pourch waiting for the exchange and smiled looking over his sister almost able to see under that dress but he hadn't bothered loggking her was smething he would see eventually weather threw a peephole or just accident of her wondering around in her panties.
