Roxanne just got home from school and was sitting on the couch, flipping through the television as she debated going to get something to eat. She wasn't shocked to see her parents weren't home but was a bit surprised to see that her brother wasn't. Roxy pulled out her phone and text messaged him. It read: 'Where are you, out hitting on girls again? Love you' Clearly the two had a close relationship and of course, when she told him she loved him Roxy only meant it in a sisterly way. But, if she were being truthful with herself she wanted to tell him of her true feelings. As she waited for an answer from him she stuck her phone back in her pocket and and sat the remote down before standing up and making her way into the kitchen to look for something to eat. She hadn't eaten anything since breakfast.
Roxanne was a beautiful eighteen year old girl. She had long chocolate colored brown hair and gorgeous Emerald green eyes. Roxy would normally wear her hair down put today she had it pulled back into a pony tail. Around her neck was a gold chain of her brother's that he had let her wear for almost as long as she could remember. In her ears were a pair of golden hoops and on her right hand ring finger was her class ring. As she looked for something to eat and awaited a response from her brother she began to hum the song 'Airplanes' by: B.O.B. to herself quietly because it had been stuck in her head all day.
