“Well, that’s about all the spots out here that I know of.. besides the highway, and that just leads to town..” she said:

He glanced at the sun, checking how much longer he had, before looking down at her, "Let's go."

 

[Mr.Aznable]

“W-What? To town?” She asked. “Gio that’s a ways away..”

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"Do you not want to go?" He asked, "Would I make you uncomfortable?"

 

[Mr.Aznable]

“No no just.. humans can be unkind, and we’d have to find an inn or something like that..” she said.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"Humans...I've never met a human..." He said gently, "Are they like you?"

 

[Mr.Aznable]

“Well.. yes and no..” she said. “We are similar..”

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"What's different? What are you if not human?" He asked. Whatever she was didn't matter, he loved her all the same.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

“I am an elf, Gio, humans can be shorter, but we have our ears as the biggest difference..” she said, pointing out her long, pointed ears.

He inched closer to examine them curiously, before reaching to touch them.

She gasped and covered her mouth, her face burning a bright red.

He jerked away, looking alarmed, "A-Are you alright?"

 

[Mr.Aznable]

“Y-Yes, my ears are just.. s-sensitive..” she said.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"Sensitive?" He asked. Realization clicked and his body felt hot again. Her ears helped her prepare for mating. They were sensitive so her mate could pleasure her better. Incredible.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

Even worse for him, she was closer to mating now because of him.

"I didn't mean to overstep if I have.." He said.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

“N-No you’re okay..!” She said.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"If you haven't the time, I understand...I appreciate all you've shown me.." He said.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She felt s little guilty, all he wanted was to be shown around. “Well.. no, come on.. we can see maybe some areas.. if anything, I can sleep in the cart..”

He perked a bit, excited to have more time with her, "If you're sure...!"

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She nodded as she moved to drive them up the road.

He followed beside her wagon, just happy to be close to her.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

It was already getting late in the day by the time they entered town, and she looked around. Hopefully, no one would cause trouble.

As soon as people noticed Gio, they began to stare and whisper. But he didn't really seem to notice.

She made a noise, looking around. “People will be cautious around you.. they’ve never seen your kind..”
