(Reboot) The Cavern (LunarWolf and Guardian Angel)

Azalea as just looking over and was commenting, "We found one of the assassins and brough him back to be locked up for interrogation after the execution." Her voice was definitely cheerful at that point in time. Not unusual for those who were use to her but it definitely had the assassin a little more creeped out, and was almost giving Grant a "help me" look.
 
The man was just shaking his head and stated that he would never tell them anything. "Torture it is then!" Azalea was humming in a delighted voice. Not the first time the pair had just done something like this with one of them being the more rational "well if you just tell us then we don't have to do this" while the other was just like "okay fine we do it the fun way". There had been a lot of times they had gotten answers quite easily just from doing that.... much to the demise of whoever wanted to torture at times.
 
Grant then looked at her "we should go check soon everyone I think I heard something about Abby while we were coming in. Grant wasn't going to say that she had had the baby in front of an assassin
 
Azalea was just nodding her head before she was commenting, "I suppose I can come and torture our new friend here later." This definitely had the assassin going a bit pale.
 
Azalea was just giving an innocent smile and wicked at the assassin before cooing that she would see him later for their special date, after that she was heading off with Grant leaving the guards to finish getting him locked up. "Either he will spill the beans to the guards to safe himself or.... I get to have my fun and he spills the beans." Azalea commented once they were out of earshot.
 
Azalea was just commenting, "Oh how sweet." Although this news actually had her halting in her walking as it was actually clicking in her head that she was pregnant. Sure she had known about it but now that she was around her "brother" she was finally processing it. And it was striking her that.... she wasn't sure how to respond to this. And she wasn't actually sure if she was truly ready for it.
 
Azalea was just looking before she was speaking, "It is just hitting me that.... I'm pregnant." This had her just shaking her head before she was running her fingers through her hair. "I don't know though.... I am the person meant to be a mother." Yet he had first had seen her with children a few times. One of the times had been when Archer had running up while she had been training and she had just scooped him out of the way to safety. She had scolded him but hadn't punished him, more talked to him about why his actions were dangerous. And even in times before; she had found a way to calm terrified children even in the midst of war. There weren't many that could do that truly.
 
Azalea was just looking at him before she was speaking, "I doubt it.... I don't even do that well around children." Well it wasn't something that she saw anyways but others definitely saw it far more easily than she did.
 
Grant looked at her and then spoke "you do very well around children you just don't see it" Grant then went to work describing every instance where she had calmed or protected a child over the years. Ggrant knew that she would make a great mother and he also knew that in time she would come to see that as well. Grant then looked at her and spoke "and its ok to be scared Azalea you're a first time mother and it is understandable to be scared"
 
Azalea listened to what he had to say before she was giving a faint smile, feeling slightly more reassured about the whole thing. "Yeah I guess that is true." she was commenting after a moment in time.
 
Azalea was just nodding her head before she was following after him so that they could go and see the baby. When they did get there, they would find that Caera was standing outside of the room near a window, just kind of looking off into space. They could hear Hayden speaking at the time and the voice of Caly - which told them that he was definitely conscious.
 
Grant walked over and kissed Caera's head lightly "hello love how did everything go" Grant figured she would have helped and would know how mom and baby were doing
 
Caera was just looking for a brief moment, more than a little startled as she had been zoning out. "Oh yeah... everything went fine. Mom and baby are fine."
