Nodding with a sigh he crossed his legs in the booth. “I’m sorry.” He started to eat continuing the meal in silence. When he finished he slide out of the booth and headed to the food bar and selected another bowl as the eggrolls arrived for her he handed it to the grill masters and walked back setting his number on the table and headed to the bathroom. He was moving slow and wasn’t dejected or at least wouldn’t seem it to most others he wasn’t going to push her.

Standing in the bathroom he moved into the stall and sat like he was going to go and placed his face into his hands almost in tears. He was pushing her away and he just had to let her go. A thought passed through his mind and he stood and adjusted his pants and headed back to the booth and sat down. “Jude what if I tell dad you are not going to be at his office tomorrow for you and tell him to leave you alone?” He was not offering her protection from their father. He knew because he had seen his father’s day planer earlier in the week.
 
Jude shook her head, eating slowly as her brother walked away. She'd gone to get another bowl, and was enjoying the egg rolls more than she usually would have. So, with the extra food, she wasn't left with nothing to do while her brother went to the bathroom.

When he came back, she tilted her head, still eating her noodles. She was a little shocked that he knew what was going on the next day. "Oh yes, do that and let me be home while you and Mother do.. Whatever it was that you'd had planned?" She asked, raising an eyebrow. "No, it's fine."
 
He took a breath and looked at her and smiled. “You are not getting what I’m saying Jude. I’ll take whatever punishment mom decides to dish out and am going to tell her no.” he then took a drink of his soda and set the empty glass at the end of the table. Watching the order he had come to the table and he started to munch again he was tired and just wanted things to be happy though that didn’t seem an option at this point.

“You still want to hit that movie up?” he was on his phone obviously checking times. He wasn’t even looking at her anymore. His shoulders were hung but he left the ball in her court she would decide how things went from here, even if she went to their fathers office he was going to tell mom no so it didn’t matter how she went about it. He sighed and sat back picking at the bowl it was about half done.
 
Jude smiled in return, leaning forward. "Oh are you?" She asked curiously, looking at him closely. "So, here we are, on a date, and you've just told me that you aren't going to be fooling around behind my back?" She asked, taking a small bite of her egg roll.

"Of course I want to still go to the movie." She said like there was no reason why she wouldn't want to. "And I plan to make you happy for that statement." She added as she went back to eating happily.
 
He shrugged and put his phone away. “Well when you are done let me know we have a showing at the theater right down the road in 30 min.” He was quiet and reserved. He continued picking at his food till he was done and then pushed the bowl to the edge with his glass and didn’t care if it got refilled he set the card at the end of the table so he could get the bill and get it taken care of. He got up and headed to the bathroom and this time washed his hands and went then came back and sat at the booth staring off into nowhere.
 
Jude was done eating by the time her brother got back. She felt a bit rejected. Originally she'd thought that her willing to pleasure him in the movies would have perked him up, clearly not. "I'm ready to go." She told him, frowning slightly. "We can go whenever you want to."
 
With the card returned and the bill paid he nodded and got up offered his hand to her and smiled. He was trying to make an effort but even her willingness to please him wasn’t what he was after it wasn’t the sex yeah it was great but yeah. “I Love you Jude.” He then waited on her it was her move he didn’t think she understood what was going on and how could he explain it without sounding like the over baring controlling asshole who didn’t want to give his sister up or let go of something he loved. Maybe he would end up looking like the guy who got depressed and hurt when things didn’t go his way or his heart got hurt and either one didn’t seem right though he had a feeling one or the other was coming out right now.
 
Jude took his hand and stood up, wrapping one arm around his to bring herself closer to him. With her lips right against his ear, she whispered back "I love you, too. I'm not going to be going to Daddy's office tomorrow. Do you want to go to lunch instead?" She asked him in a whisper before kissing his cheek and pulling back. "Come on. The movie is waiting." She said with a smile.
 
Smiling at her as she whispered into his ear he nodded to her stamen and held her close his arm snaking around her waist as they walked out side by side and he slide her in front of him when they got to the doors and headed to the car. His hand ran along her ass though as she side back beside him. At the car he gripped the door and opened it for her to get in but also made sure he blocked the view of anyone else that might try catch a look at her.
 
Jude smiled at her brother, winking playfully as she climbed into the car. She wanted to giggle at him, for seeming to be so possessive, but she didn't make a sound. Instead, she just climbed in and smiled. When they started out, she looked out the window quietly.
 
As they drove it wasn’t that far and he smiled softly. “We can do lunch as I said I will deal with whatever mom is going to do when I tell her no.” his hand went to her thigh and he squeezed it softly to reassure her he wasn’t going to do anything with their mother. “I have made my choice Jude and will walk alone to the ends of the earth waiting.” His voice was soft and filled with emotion. They pulled into the theater and he smiled and parked. “Here we are.” Smiling softly and unlocking the doors. Stepping out he walked to the other side and opened the door for his sister though he couldn’t really act as a block for her at this point but he smiled watching her get out.
 
Jude climbed out of the car slowly and smiled at the young man. "Thank you." She said sweetly, before walking forward toward the theater, her hips swaying seductively as she did. She knew that her brother would come after her quickly, so she didn't wait, just moved her hips in a seductive manner for him.
 
He watched her hips for a few moments and that beautiful ass of hers and he did indeed follow Jude swiftly. He caught up to her and his hand ran across her ass as his arm wrapped around her waist his hand now resting on her hip. With a soft smile he leaned in and whispered in her ear. ”Want the front or back?” he asked knowing what she had intended earlier.
 
Jude laughed softly and leaned against him so that her hips moved against his side. "The back." She whispered back. "Go and get the tickets and we can have our little fun in the theater." She offered, smiling sweetly at him.
 
He watched the theater grow closer as they got there he pulled ahead grabbing her ass. He loved her beautiful ass but he loved her most of all. He got there and held his fingers up and side the card in the window as the tickets for their movie were pumped out and he took them and the card and smiled at her as they walked in. “want a drink or anything sweetie?” he spoke softly. Making his way through the theater and down to where the theater was he walked in and found a spot in the back he was surprised there were only two other people in the theater and they were closer to the middle.
 
She smiled at her brother and shook her head when he asked if she wanted anything. "We just ate, I'm fine." She told him, before they walked into the theater. She made their way to the back in one of the corner s and she sat down. "Ah." She said with a giggle.
 
Grinning at her he ran his hand along her inner thigh as the trailers started to run and sat back watching for a moment before he leaned over and kissed the front of her neck sucking softly then kissed her. "Love you hope you enjoy the movie." his hand was slowly moving up under her dress.
