| I consider myself to be a literate writer who mirrors my partner's effort. I do not care for assigning a "length" to the replies—for reference, I can write anywhere from 100 words to 5k+ for a response. Certain scenes, such as dynamic dialogue or action-paced interactions between just our characters, may only require a few hundred words; other, more explanatory pieces might need upwards of two thousand. That said, I don't care to push past what the scene requires. My reply rate will heavily fluctuate, some weeks I will be able to push out multiple responses a day, others however, you will be lucky to get one/two a week. If this is not your speed, please do not inquire. I cannot change my schedule—however, you can change my motivation to write. If I'm fully invested in our story, you best believe that it will be pushed to the top of my reply list  .That circles me right around to my next point—OOC communication! Please, please, please don't hesitate to talk to me OOC. [CHARACTER A] is a skilled field-agent, who is particularly adept at enemy infiltration. After the cover of her colleague is about to be ruined, her organisation sends her in to perform a last-minute evacuation effort. She is told to disguise herself as a high-value target, become captured by the enemy and await her colleague--who was undercover as an interrogator--to then stage a miraculous escape... the details were less than fleshed out, but it was her job to fill them in. The first two stages of the plan go swimmingly; she is mistakenly identified and subdued. However, it's when she's waiting in the interrogation room for her colleague, that's when things start to go tits up; he isn't there. Instead, she is greeted by [CHARACTER B]. They are an unknown variable, a risk that [CHARACTER A] must mitigate. The only question left, is how? [CHARACTER B] can be anything your heart desires--another interrogator, a foot soldier, a higher ranked official etc. Crime - drama - action
An aspiring journalist, [CHARACTER A] has landed in the 'den' of the undercity's criminal mastermind. Naively, she believed that through her amateur detective work she was the first one that had uncovered the masterminds home of operations and was inching closer towards identifying the unknown criminal. However, this was half-truth. Police were well aware of the clubs ties to the mastermind... they just left well enough alone. The mastermind had a reputation for a reason. Unknowing of this, [CHARACTER A] pressed forward in their efforts. They frequented the nightclub weekly, trying their hardest to conceal their identity as a wannabe reporter. However, just as [CHARACTER A] has been watching them, [CHARACTER B] has been watching her. On [CHARACTER A]'s latest visit to the club, [CHARACTER B] figures it is time they met and has her escorted to his office. This world is very DC/Gotham based; would prefer [Character B] to be the mastermind, but also open to alternatives! Sponsor with benefits - drama - action
[CHARACTER A] is an underground boxer, who uses the profit of her winnings to pay off her debt. After one of her matches, she is approached by [CHARACTER B], who offers to sponsor her and help with her debt in exchange for other "opportunities". Seeing the cash rather than the offer at hand, [CHARACTER A] accepts and her life is bound with [CHARACTER B]'s for the foreseeable future. NOT LOOKING CURRENTLY

However, [CHARACTER A]'s plans end abruptly, and she cancels the contract; money is only a number after all, and [CHARACTER B] is loaded (in more ways than one). Supernatural - noir - crime
A washed-up detective, [CHARACTER B] is struggling to stay afloat; their reputation is tarnished, cases are few and far between, and they are haunted by the ghosts of past failures. That is, until [CHARACTER B] is hired as private investigator for a crime boss to investigate a cold case: the mystery disappearance of the boss's daughter. She vanished without a trace five years ago. No leads. No suspects. No hope. Unable to refuse the money, [CHARACTER B]'s accepts the case. However, the deeper [CHARACTER B] digs, the more twisted and enigmatic the case seems. Finally, the trail of cold footsteps lands them knocking on [CHARACTER A]'s door. There is nothing outstanding about [CHARACTER A] that would make them a suspect. However, [CHARACTER B] just can't shake their cryptic behaviour and knowledge as being completely innocent. [CHARACTER B] is an upcoming hunter, with a drive to avenge the death of someone important who was drained by [CHARACTER A]. After successfully sneaking their way into the fortress, [CHARACTER B] is soon approached by [CHARACTER A] who proposes a contest: [CHARACTER B] will be allowed to try and kill [CHARACTER A] for an entire month, if they succeed, they win. If they fail, they will be forever trapped to live out eternity with [CHARACTER A]. Let the games begin. twisted – political - drama
After years of mistreatment under the King ([CHARACTER A]'s father), [CHARACTER B] decides that it is time for vengeance. Devising a plan, [CHARACTER B] successfully usurps the throne and commands the allegiance of influential court members. The Wild West. Known for gunslinging, pioneering and lawless vigilantes. What's less known, is the arcana—witches. They once roamed freely, their powers revered for what they provided to humanity. But as towns expanded and railroads spread across the west, so did the propaganda. Those who wielded magic (or were wrongly accused) were strung up for all to witness. Officials in the West labelled this the Witchcraft Act, or Act 12, after the twelve lives lost in battle against these abominations of nature. Trained from a young age, [CHARACTER A] is a champion in the arena. Her combat prowess has crowned her the title of Ravager, and the attention of countless admirers. One admirer is [CHARACTER B], the child of her patron. While [CHARACTER A]'s success allows her more privileges than most champions, she is still prohibited from engaging with [CHARACTER B]. However, while forbidden to both characters, [CHARACTER A] and [CHARACTER B] have been enjoying each other's company for quite some time. One night, they are caught together, an act of disobidence that would see [CHARACTER A] executed and [CHARACTER B] disgraced. To save [CHARACTER A]'s life, both characters escape together—however, the excitement is far from over, as they are being hunted down. | This is perhaps the broadest category of plots. [CHARACTER B] is an upcoming scientist, destined to be one of the best minds that Cereba Technologies has to offer. While they are exceptionally talented, their brilliance comes with a taint of darkness. [CHARACTER B] views their subjects as lesser—which was fine when they were just experimenting on mice, but recently, [CHARACTER B] has started to delve their experiments onto human physiology. Despite their successful breakthroughs in advancing the human genome, [CHARACTER B] was fired and reprimanded for their unethical procedures (a mortuary of bodies was left in their wake). [CHARACTER B] was furthered warned that the founders (Julian and Anastasia) of Cereba Technologies would be pressing charges in the coming days. A forewarning that became their doom. In an outburst of vengeance, [CHARACTER B] orchestrated to kidnap [CHARACTER A]; Julian and Anastasia's precious daughter. They had ruined [CHARACTER B]'s experiments and freedom—so, [CHARACTER B] found it only fitting to continue the experiments in hiding on a subject they held oh-so-dear. [CHARACTER A] is now the guinea pig, constantly running on a wheel in a desperate attempt for escape. I am looking for someone who is not afraid of gruesome topics for this plot; blood, psychological torture etc. This plot will also likely feature an age-gap, but M/C will not be underage. [CHARACTER A] is the daughter of a—rather stupid—diplomatic figure within the interplanetary circle. During one of her father's moods, he challenged the superior leader of Hutix, a military planet that does not take kindly to confrontations. Normally, these ordeals could be fixed through diplomatic means. However, the two planets were already heading towards war. This just so happened to be the catalyst. The leader of Hutix disregarded the rules of war, secretly calling for a bounty on [CHARACTER A]'s head for ransom/negotiation purposes. The order was simple, capture and deliver [CHARACTER A] to Hutix before a set date for an eternity of riches. Around the same time, [CHARACTER A] was supposed to be picked up and escorted to another planet for safekeeping as the war brewed. This is where she meets [CHARACTER B]. They were "employed" (really, they killed her actual escort) to transport her to the planet Raspan. [CHARACTER B] maintains the act, pretending that everything is good all while secretly navigating towards enemy territory. They are in for a long journey to Hutix, filled with deception, asteroid showers and… space pirates? Will [CHARACTER B] eventually fall for [CHARACTER A] and save them from the fate that awaits at Hutix or will they knowingly ship them towards their doom. AI ruins everything – action – drama
In the near future, a totalitarian government has developed an all-powerful algorithm programmed within everyday AI assistants. This algorithm can predict events before they occur, manage resource distribution and enforce strict social order through surveillance. [CHARACTER B] was one of the founding programmers who developed this algorithm—unaware of the dangers that it would bring. However, when the system miscalculated and wrongfully imprisoned someone that [CHARACTER B] held dear, sentencing them to death, they become disillusioned by the system. In a last-ditch effort, [CHARACTER B] contacts the Terras, an organisation built upon dismantling the digital control that has swept the nation. It is there that [CHARACTER B] meets [CHARACTER A]; a nonchalant soldier for the Terras. Together, they are missioned with demolishing the AI (and in extension, the very world they live in) by any means necessary. Though, how do you fight something that knows you're coming? Superhero – action
The world is dominated by heroes and villains—people blessed with extraordinary gifts, that separates them from the laymen. They were gods among ants. But even gods can fall. [CHARACTER A] was once hailed as a top-tier hero; that was, until she lost her powers. Powerless and with a warped sense of purpose, [CHARACTER A] "retired", being forced into living a life of obscurity. That was, until [CHARACTER B] surfaced. [CHARACTER B] is a relatively new villain, capable of consuming the powers of others. This emergence came the nationwide eradication of heroes (and certain, loudmouthing villains). With the other heroes being wiped out, [CHARACTER A] must return, powerless, to the life of crime-fighting. [CHARACTER A] must adapt to fight without their powers, to help stop [CHARACTER B] before its too late. This is designed so that it can either be 1x1, or I can portray multiple characters against YC to relinquish their powers as YC sees fit. This one is more of a concept—heroes and villains. That's it. I am looking for a plot that revolves around the complexities of powers interacting against each other. I would love for this to be rather depraved (DC, the boys etc.) with nuanced themes.
My current, very basic thoughts: The "villains" run the government; think hunger games, divergent, that type of dystopian vibe. The "heroes" are interwoven in society, operating in a chain of businesses that allow them access to certain equipment and social standing. While we can focus on 1x1, I would love to explore a world that we play various villains and heroes. Different stories are being told at once. I have a few character musings and premises that we can explore for inspiration. However, I am truly looking for someone open to long-term collaboration for this idea. |
| Anything within the plots is open to interpretation and adjustment; including the genders of characters, tropes, time-periods etc. For the majority of these plots, I have arranged for myself to portray [CHARACTER A] and you to portray [CHARACTER B]; however, this is also open to discussion.
