Divine Deliverance (for Me and Suri)

Serra had often dreamed of what he thought heaven was like, paradise. Many times over she wished she were human, although, she never liked the idea of going to hell if she was foolish as one. "Unfortunately, no, not for angels. Heaven and hell alike were only created for humans. We angels have been around since the lord created humans. However, we were not created in his image. He does not love us..." she explained, her face growing sadder as she explained it, focusing back on him. She was being selfish. "Don't worry about me though, you shouldn't have to. Only think of me as a shadow." she spoke and looked him straight in the eye. "If you have more questions, I have no problem answering." she added.

"In all honesty, I can't think of anything else to ask you at this point." Evan replied softly, taking a bite out of a strawberry as he spoke. "But you are wrong: if you will be staying by my side then worrying about you is unavoidable. Dimitir sees to my requests because he is employed by my house, but I still thank him for his services. And you are much more than a mere shade cast on the wall."

He stood and walked over to Serra before continuing. "If you are to be by my side, then you must remain out in the open. I do not know what abilities you possess, but if people see me taking to thin air then I would be committed. We need to have a convincing story for why you stay near me. Perhaps we should say that you are my fiancé."

Serra watched him explain herself, giving no argument. She would only take what he said to heart and be thankful for what he was offering. Serra tried a piece of apple and found to enjoy the fruit, having another after that. She listened intently to his proposition and shrugged her shoulders. "But wouldn't I have to know almost everything about you? A fiance would know everything..."

Evan nodded his head lightly at her comment. "True, you would have to get to know who I am, but that would have happened anyway. I don't think there is another way around the situation." Reaching forward, Evan placed a cherry in this mouth.

"I'm surprised that you don't already know all about me. I thought God would have given you some hint to that. You have been kind enough to answer my questions. It would be horribly rude of me not to answer any of yours." He said after eating the cherry. "Somethings you already know, of course. I, or rather my family, are very wealthy, which allows us a certain level of comfort." He added moving towards the piano.

Serra watched with steady eyes and closed her own, transforming back into a human disguise she grabbed some melon and put it into her mouth. "Wow...that's sweet!" she exclaimed as he spoke his very serious words. "Oh, I know nothing about you except what I have seen and heard today. When I returned back to heaven, God immediately banished me with very few words about you."

Evan slowly sat down at the piano. He hadn't practiced in a few days and felt the need to stay sharp. Playing also kept him calm. He nodded his head lightly as she spoke, unsure what to stay to such a statement.

"I guess you could say that I'm soft. I enjoy watching the sun rise and set. I like feeling the sand of the sea shore beneath my feet. I've been raised to speak in polite tones. My family is not the type of wealthy land owners that one finds by looking." He said as he started playing a small section of Bach.

"We keep to ourselves as a rule. It can be difficult to enjoy oneself with constant media attention hounding your every footstep. I have almost every desire taken care of..." he paused in both speech and play for a moment, "...except that of friendship."

Serra listened to him speak of himself and almost asked a question, but kept it to herself. He wasn't like most men on earth she had heard about. The things he said seemed feminine. Maybe he was gay... "That would be strange..." she thought and then looked back up to him as he played the music. "Beautiful." she described it. "You don't have many friends, but you can have anything else? I suppose your parents keep you from going and being a real adult. Your restricted by your money. And here I assumed having money was having freedom."

"Odd is it not? Many long for the wealth to buy what ever catches their eye and yet fail to appreciate what they already have. I believe true freedom means being yourself, no matter what people say or think." He smiled lightly up at her as he spoke.

"As for my parents: they worry about me. As was evident today." Evan said with a light laugh. "I've been allowed to...sample...certain pleasures that an adult is expected to. Partly to keep me happy but more so that when the time comes, I would be able to please my partner. Intimacy is a skill which requires practice. But wealth can attract the wrong type of person to ones side. People who only see you as a way to improve their life without a care for yours. I must be boring you. Do you have any questions that you wish to ask me?" He said turning back to the piece he was playing.

Serra decided to just change the subject and get to work with what she was sent to do. "Well my only question is what do you need me to do. I am here to serve and protect you, so now you can go out and have fun with me by your side." she smiled and bowed slightly.

Evan stopped playing and smiled as he spoke. "I would enjoy that. But I think for the rest of the day I would prefer to remain inside." A half laugh escaping his lips as he spoke. He looked at her, his eyes slowly letting the loneliness of his life fall away.

"Would it be to forward of me...to ask if I could have the pleasure of kissing you?" He asked, unsure if Serra's servitude included physical comfort in any way.

Serra looked at him with eyes of confusion. "A k-kiss?" she asked as if this was totally out of the blue. But the more she thought of it the clearer it was. His family sheltered him from anyone of some kind of lesser class. They never let him go out and experience the little things of being human. "I am here to serve you, if you need a kiss then I can provide it for you." she said moving closer to him, very close.

Evan watched as she closed the distance between them. One hand of his reached out and lightly came to rest on her side, feeling the fabric of her dress. His head moved forward, his lips slightly apart, ready to taste the sweetness of Serras' mouth. Letting out a sigh of relief, Evan felt their lips touch, gently at first. He pulled back for a second, his breath already hard, before pushing forwards once more.

This time, his mouth was more forceful, as if he was dieing and she was his life line. Both of his hands started to move on their own, sliding along her shoulders and back, trying to feel her flesh beneath the clothes she wore.

Serra only smiled as she watched him get intimate and felt his hand on her side. A strange sensation running over her body. Perhaps this was the "pleasure" humans felt when they got close together. Feeling his quick kiss she was about to pull back thinking that was all he wanted until he leaned in forcefully upon her. The feeling rose again much more strong, something tingled in her lower body. She smiled as she felt him try to find openings through her clothes. Closing her eyes the material slowly vanished off her body, her wings now appearing as she stood in the nude.

Evan stared in mild shock as Serras' clothes disappeared in a flash of light. He watch in amazement as her wings unfurled before him. Tentatively, his right hand moved to touch the feathers on her wings.

"It feels like those of a dove." He said as the barest glance of his finger tip brushed her feather. "Are you able to make and wear other dressing as well? I imaging that normal clothing would prove uncomfortable for you to wear. Then again, you are able to hide these magnificent appendages." His eyes stayed focused on her wings as his hands started to move towards her bare flesh.

She watched him in silence as he reached forward to feel her wings, any human would do the same. "Doves wings were made after ours, that was where the dove is the symbol of peace and what not. It's God ordained." she said giving him more useless information. "I can wear whatever you like, if I can think it, chances are I can wear it. " she explained and then thought for a moment. "Though it would help if I had examples of the material and such, helps me make it look for human. If you know what I mean?"

"I understand. You need a reference in order to create your clothing." Evan replied, his hands gliding along her body to tentatively touch her skin once more. Slowly, he stood up from the piano, his lips moved to seek hers out once more. His fingers began to trace soft lines along her body, feeling the soft flesh of her skin. Soon his hands began touch and tease at her chest, feeling the soft orbs that hung there, waiting for him to touch.

"What are you doing?" Serra asked in a most serious tone. No emotion in her voice at all. Looking down at his hands upon her breasts she raised an eye brow. It felt nice, but she didn't understand what he was doing. Those were used to give milk to human offspring, what were his hands doing on them. She looked at him, waiting for an answer impatiently.

Evan's face held a surprised look when she asked her question. His eyes blinked several times before his voice found it's way out of his throat. "Hav-Haven't you ever...." He stuttered before finding his composure.

"I thought that angels spent their time watching everything that humans did. Have you never scene how humanity enjoys their passions? Watched as two lovers spend their nights try to break the laws of physics and become one being?" He asked, his eyes staring deep into hers as he spoke.

"There angel's who do that yes, they watch those things, whatever they do. Each angel has a purpose. Warrior angels, messenger angels, guardian. The latter is what I am now. I was a messenger angel before." she said in response and thought about what he said. "How do two people become one? It's impossible?"

"You are correct. Two people can not physical merge into one being. But when they are in love, it doesn't stop them from trying." Evan replied, his mouth moved down to place a light kiss on her breast. "Since you have never scene that which I'm describing," he said as his mouth moved to her other orb, "it would be easier to show you." He finished, his mouth now placing several harder kisses along both of Serra's breasts.

"I know this must seem forward, but would you lay down on the bed so that I may reveal to you the pleasures that I'm speaking about in a more comfortable manner?" He asked, his hands started to run along the sides of her body as he spoke.
