INVINCIBLE

I developed a brainworm while on shift today involving a heavily inverted, topsy turvy multiverse plot inspired by some fan art I saw of a genderbent Nolan & Debbie. While that isn't the case here, I would like to see an even more creative take on the original story of Invincible that sees not only our main character's gender bent, but the very fabric of her birth.
While I'm highly open to wildly different proposals than my own, I'm currently envisioning an insidious GDA that honeypotted Nolan when he arrived, Debbie being an operative of theirs that played the part of a damsel in distress that would earn his trust, peel him for information, and bear children for him that would be raised by the government and act as a more reliable, trustworthy candidates for Earth's most powerful protectors; raised from birth by a shadow government who the common people can only hope has their best interests at heart.
This is mostly geared towards comic nerds such as myself, but I don't especially care if you've read them yourself so long as you're comfortable with extrapolating through intuition the broader universe at play that Robert Kirkman created. As this is a multiverse plot I very much do not care about being beholden to original lore - I appreciate and encourage all forms of imaginative thinking and flipping things on their head. If you have a cool idea, I'll probably say yes.
