She hummed happily and gave a soft bow at the knees before moving back into the stands, the crowd cheering once again for Tadgh.

Tadgh took his victory lap, and was soon off the track and making his way to the stables, and the smith.

"You were amazing, m'lord! Incredible! I've never seen a man with such strength! You took Sir Luke straight from his steed!" Matthew praised, bright and wide eyed as he walked with Tadgh to the stables.

"Of course, lord!" He replied, pulling the horse into the stable so he could remove his gear and clean him.

He gave his sword and armor to the smith for maintenance, ready to call it a day.
"Sir Tadgh," Synne approached him as he left the smithy, "smiling softly at him, "do you have a moment?"

"Father and I wanted to have a dinner in your honor tonight. I would- ah...that is to say we would enjoy your company." She said.

She smiled and bowed her head, "I am grateful that you would accept. Any time you are available, you're welcome into our home." She said before moving closer, "And perhaps, if I am available, I can grant you more tokens.." She said quietly.

"Then I look forward to seeing you.." She said, wanting to give him some kind of affection, but knowing she couldn't in the open like this.

Later that night, he arrived at the keep and was greeted happily by servants who took him to the dining hall.

He was dressed nicely, wearing a ceremonial breastplate over his nicest clothes. His hair was loose, and he made sure to thoroughly clean himself. No sense in arriving filthy.

When he entered the dining hall, Edwin stood from his seat, "Tadgh! My boy! I'm glad you could make it!" He said. Synne stood and moved to follow Edwin over, dressed in a fine gown that hugged her thin waist and extenuated her wide hips.
