For me: A couple of years ago someone reached out to me regarding a father-daughter RP, only in space. In many ways it was a straightforward pairing: a sort of taboo romance between the "innocent" daughter and her unwitting father. My partner was a fantastic writer of course, but what really elevated it was the way we leveraged the setting. We had them trapped on a ship making an interstellar journey that had gone off course, and similar to the film Interstellar, they were the only pair to "wake up." Additionally we had established a sort of background alien presence that was influencing them. I really enjoyed the way we were able to leverage that setting and incorporate it into what might have been an otherwise very conventional story, really selling the sense of isolation and danger as a motivator for the comfort they found in one another.
Sadly my partner had to step away. To this day I still miss them and our RP!
