I wanted to throw out a couple ideas to see if there was any interest, I love forced gender transformation, especially if there is a strong dominant man involved to take advantage of the situation. Here are a couple ideas I had. Feel free to expand upon any of these or if they inspire you, suggest an idea of your own!
Happy Halloween
I worked as a teacher at a boarding school. When they announced the annual Halloween party I decided it would be funny if I dressed as one of the schoolgirl's. From Master to Pet
I ran a shelter for hybrids, half human - half animal creations that have become popular as servants, slaves and pets. When I exposed a hybrid trafficking ring, I had to go into hiding until the trial. I decided to hide in the last place anyone would look; diguised as a hybrid in my own estate. Using an experimental DNA resequencer, I changed myself into a house pet. Unfortunately due to a mixup in the serum, I found myself changed into a very sexy pleasure kitten! I can't tell anyone who I really am until after the trial, but my own hybrids are starting to suspect and have decided to train me to become the perfect pet!
The Charity Auction
I agreed to help sponsor an annual charity event for the local animal/hybrid pet rescue. However when we didn't have enough pets to be auctioned off, I was asked to help. It was supposed to be just for the weekend; just a couple days pretending to be a pet and providing some companionship. It was sort of like a dating auction. I reluctantly went along with it. Little did I know that I would be auctioned off as a sexy bunny girl and my new owner has the option to adopt me as his pet permanently
The Portrait
We have all heard the story of Dorian Gray. When I bought the old set of paints I didn't realize that they were the same pigments as the famous story. When my own portrait was painted over with a picture of a sexy maid, I didn't realize that what I was painting was becoming my new reality! Things go from bad to worse when the painting falls into the wrong hands!

I needed to capture an alpha ani-mon for the tournament. I found a bun-bun costume and some pheromone spray so I could be the perfect bait. I knew it was mating season so I entered the forest to capture the biggest, strongest ani-mon I could find. However when I accidentally got trapped in my own capture ball, the costume and pheromones reacted to the energy from the ball changing me into a real bun-bun. Now the alpha ani-mon want to capture me! Not to mention the other trainers that would love having a pet bub-bun!
The Farm
I was working as a technician at our local hucow farm/prison facility when I was accidentally expose to an experimental hormone treatment. Now I changing into one of the farms best milk producers and breeders! The other farm hands want it own me. The bulls want to breed me. The owners of the farm do not want to loose their best heifer! How can I escape or will I have to accept my fate as the newest girl-cow on the farm?
The Costume Party
My wife's company was having a costume party. Despite my misgivings, she wanted to go as a football player and a cheerleader. But because she didn't want to appear weak in front of her boss, she decided to swap our costumes. I was stuck wearing the cheerleader costume. One the way to the party my car broke down. Fortunately I was rescued by a college frat boy. Unfortunately he was my wife's bosses son. Now I am stuck dating her bosses son and have to pretend to be my own wife's niece!
Slavegirl of Gor
I was a writer doing an article on the social structure of the planet Gor. My host was a powerful warlord that owned a slave auction house. I had the idea of infiltrating the slaves and getting the inside story. Using a genetic resequencer I changed myself into a exotic pleasure slave and presented myself to the Warlord. "What do you think of my disguise?" I asked him. "Do you think I could pass as one of your slaves?" He looked me up and down appraisingly and smiled. "With a little training, no one would believe that you're not a kajira!" He stepped forward and locked a colllar around my neck!

I was Captain of the USS Stallion, a Federation Starship patroling the edge of the civilized galaxy. The USS Stallion was on a mission to stop slave traders on the border of the Federation. During the last mission we discovered some alien ruins. Setting off an ancient trap, I found myself swapped with our yeoman and 'morale girl'. Starfleet decided that it would be best for our mission if we kept our swap a secret. Now, she is the acting Captain and I've been reduced to a object of the crew's desire and lust!

I was Captain of the Federation Starship USS Peacemaker. We were on a mission to negotiate a peace treaty with the war-like Kzinti. Unfortunately a transporter accident trapped me in the body of a Kzini female... a Kizinrette. Kizinrette were known to be mindless, playful creatures used only for pleasure and breeding. How was I supposed to deal with the Kzin Ambassador looking like this? Why was he looking at me as if I were part of the negotiation package? Meanwhile, it didn't help that my First Officer wants my command and keeps referring to me as his 'pet'.
