RE: A Kitsune for Him (Cont. from old bluemoon)
Apollo couldn't help but smile while Alexandria made her way into the water. Te little twitch of her ears was cute as she felt the water at first. And, he blushed lightly at her giggle after he told him she looked amazing. The sparkle of her adorned jewelry was obvious on her tummy, and he could easily tell the sapphires were being worn under Alexandria's top too. Even though they had both spent a lot of time in the sun over the course of the week, it seemed Alexandria's fair skin just never seemed to get very tanned at all, remaining pale. Most people he knew with lighter skin avoided the sun like the plague, in fear of getting a nasty sunburn. Perhaps it was just another quality of her genetic alterations. Her hair almost instantly took on the color of the water, along with her pale skin, making her seem like some other-worldly creature. Apollo blushed slightly when with the kiss on his cheek, hoping that it would be masked by the low light, along with the heat of the water.
"You're welcome," Apollo told Alexandria after she was seated next to him. "I'm glad you've enjoyed it. I've had a wonderful time too," he told her happily. Really, it wasn't his choice to bring her here. Davis requested it, and there were few others he could trust. But, he was willing to take credit for it. Apollo moved slightly, nudging up against the girl a little closer, bumping his shoulder up against her own. Under the confines of the illuminated water, he placed his hand on her knee. They certainly had developed a good friendship over the entire trip, and he did want that to continue. It was much different then when they had first met, when he had come over for a meeting with Davis. Hopefully Davis would let him take her out on a few outings every now and again. Being cooped up in the mansion wasn't really all that good for anybody.
Giving her knee a small, fond squeeze, Apollo returned the small kiss, giving one in turn to Alexandria's cheek. "It's a wonderful night," he said softly, looking up towards the stars above them. The steam rolling up from the springs made them a little difficult to see now and then, but for the most part it was a clear view. The sounds of other conversations and people laughing with friends could be heard from the closer pools. Soon though, one of the staff walked by, asking them if they would care for a drink. Apollo took no hesitation in ordering a rum mixed with soda, but didn't want to order for Alexandria. "They have a large variety of juices and smoothies, if you care to try one, Alexandria," he informed her. "Some of the fruits they use only grow on this island, and are quite tasty," he nodded.
