I don't know what color Grab the Reigns is, but dark banishing and terror won't work once Akroma's memorial is out, the indestructible part will, and so will the tokens

Then that card wouldn't work either since two of the things Akroma's memorial is giving is protection from red and black, along with a lot of other cool stuff to all my creatures.
It actually gives all my creatures all Akroma, Angel of Wrath's abilities

And uhm... Alpha status?
