I'm Baka. Roleplayer in their late twenties. I've been roleplaying seven-ish years as of writing this intro bit, and as you probably guessed this is my request thread!
This tab is dedicated of me yapping about myself.
Feel free to call me Baka, or come up with a whacky nickname if you want, however please refrain from stuff like 'honey', 'babe' and any sort of pet-name.
My interests are honestly anything that you can find under the 'weeb' umbrella. The most impressive thing about me is honestly probably the fact how much anime I've consumed. Manga/manhwa/manhua follows close-second. I also read visual novels quite a bit and dabble in light novels from time to time too,
Second biggest interest is probably music. I am generally metal, rock, punk and electronic music type of person, but listen to anything really, if it's heavy, experimental and/or atmospheric I most likely vibe with it a lot.
After that comes video-games and gachas. I am admittedly a pretty picky gamer nowadays, but love JRPGs, fighters, rogue-likes and rhythm games to mention a few. In terms of gacha Umamusume, BanG Dream, FGO and Blue Archive are the ones I mostly play. Limbus Company has also crept it's way into my rotation. However I've tried most of the big ones and probably have my two cents about them.
In terms of other hobbies I've played guitar for over 10-years. I also play bass occasionally and I guess I can be considered amateur musician? Besides that I edit videos. Mostly AMVs.
This RT is heavily based on the template of the user Starblush's request thread, so credit of the overall layout of things goes to her. Still learning how the xtable works so hopefully I can someday make layouts that work as well on mobile and desktop as hers!

Approaching: When approaching me the number 1 thing I value above all is effort. Well-crafted first message where you introduce yourself, your interest, the plot(s) and/or pairing(s) you're interested in goes a long way and catches my interest in a good way. You don't have to be a bbcode-wizard or write me an essay, but I want to see genuine interest in writing with me. After receiving many half-hearted throwaway approaches I tend to deem if I want to RP with someone based on their first message, or couple of them. First impressions are important, so I wish you make it count when approaching me.
I don't operate by 'first come first serve' principle. I also won't respond to one-liners, obvious cold-calls and copy/paste messages.
Post Lengh: My general preference is 2+ paragraphs. Meaning that two paragraps is the minimum post-length I accept. I don't really have any upper-limit. I have no problem writing 2000+ word posts, however the longer the posts are then usually the longer I take typing them out obviously. One-liners are absolute no-go, but beyond that I am not policing how much you write or don't write. As long as things move forward and I can bounce back from your post easily everything should be a-ok!
Post perspective: Third-person, past tense. First-person is a limit of mine.
Post frequency: This is honestly a subject of change. I aim to weekly to bi-weekly posts, but depending on such fun things as real life, my mental-health and my muse just not being there, or in-turn being extremely motivated this can change to weekly basis. The best I can promise are updates of my current progress and obstacles either via PMs or a general status-update.
Partner preference: Someone who is chill and patient. If you possess those traits we should get along just fine. Willingness to OOC-chat and eagerness to brainstorm are also both traits I value highly. Lastly I don't care about your irl-gender, however if you wish me to use certain pronouns please tell them to me in your introduction message so I know to use the correct ones!
I am also a non-native English speaker. I make mistakes in terms of grammar, so being understanding of this is also a plus. I correct my mistakes whenever I spot them!
Ghosting: I am ghost-friendly. I believe that if my partner wants to reply they will do so when they can and want, so I won't pester you about it. After I've sent the RP reply the ball is in your court. If you decide we are not a good fit or you wish to not continue for whatever reason feel free to drop me, message me or anything. No hard feelings.
If you want to try something again I generally am open to discuss about continuing where we left of or starting something completely new even after year or two.
Face-claims: Drawn-faceclaims please. More specifically I prefer anime, manga, manhwa, manhua and faceclaims similar to those styles. Realistic faceclaims of any kind are a hard limit for me, so are anything AI-generated.
RP platforms: Threads > PMs I have gotten hooked to making pretty and ✧˖°. A E S T H E T I C ✧˖°. threads, and pretty them up with my lackluster graphical design elements and visuals, however I have no problem playing over PMs. I have had a bad track-record with Discord in terms of roleplaying so my interest to roleplay over there is close to zero. However feel free to add me for OOC-chatter on there!
OOC Chat: This has become a soft mandatory over the years. All the RPs that have lasted long have been the ones where me and my partner enjoy yapping and chatting with one another, and would like to become internet-pals with my partner if possible. However do keep in mind I am not looking anything past platonic friendships, and OOC-chatting should be comfy and safe for both of us.
Dealbreakers: OC x Canon either way, harem roleplays, plots that only exist to get two characters into bed asap, self-inserts, impatience, constant poking, generally rude behavior, homo- and transphobia, racism and sexual OOC comments are the biggest ones.

What kind of RPs I am looking for?: Long-term story-driven roleplays with smut in them. All of my plot-seeds and roleplays are heavily inspired by anime, manga, visual novels, light novels, JRPGs and admittedly hentai/eroge, so honestly knowledge on these is always a plus when roleplaying with me.
My ideal roleplay would be a mixture of a great story where smut in veins of my favorite hentai-artists would blend together, and where the story would take the front-seat as mentioned. Give me Arina Tanemura-story with Takeda Hiromitsu-level smut, or Milk Morinaga fluff and comfyness and Asanagi-tier degeneracy. If you got these namedrops then awesome! If not then no worries. Honestly as long as you're here for story-driven RP with the smut-option open and at least don't dislike my brand of storywriting then we should be right as rain!
Dom or sub: I mostly play switch-characters, however I have no trouble in flexing to play dom or sub characters exclusively or mostly. It really depends on the story and dynamic at hand.
Preferred settings: This of course varies by the genre of RP we are about to do, but as you might've guessed I like to base my RPs in Japan, South-Korea and China due to my influences. This is definitely not set in stone, but it's my default. Of course with fantasy, sci-fi, mecha etc. are a different matter.
Gender-prefereces: FxAny, with exception of CIS-male characters. I just have not had any interest playing against them for a while now, be they feminine or masculine. Please don't ask for this. I am not making exceptions. However if you happen to be a magical unicorn I am willing to make an exception then I will hit you up.
My bread-and-butter are sapphic ships. FxF, FuxF, FuxFu, FxtTransF, FxfeminineNb etc etc. However any sort of character that does not fall into traditional binary genders and trans-male characters are welcome as well!
Note! I am also open to play trans, nb or futa-character for you! Feel free to ask if you prefer this!
Character-types I play as: I play honestly all sorts of characters. I am not dead-set to any specific types, although I have my preferences. I absolutely adore everything unconventional. Let me play a chubby character, a scrawny hikikomori or an older career woman or housewife that is not reduced to a horny stereotype you see in hentai! However a good thing to note with my characters are that I suck most of my inspiration from anime, manga and related mediums, so you will most likely see a lot of inspiration drawn from the different archetypes such as deres and whatnot in my characters. However I absolutely adore to break the stereotypes as well.
Before I start to create my character please inform me of any possible dealbreaker(s) and preferences you might have. It is pretty awkward when I am thinking something totally different from what my partner had in mind, get extremely motivated and excited to create my character and then get shot-down.
Character-types I play against: Any. Bring me a character and I will most likely come up with a fun character to play against them! Craft one to your liking and I craft someone I would love to pair against them. I don't want to control my partners character making process, but feel free to ask input if you want. I also want to be given the same kind of freedom when I craft my characters.
Premade-characters: Feel free to look at my character-repository for ready-made characters. If I am not engaging in roleplay with them I am more than eager to use them in our RP!
Special cravings: If you want to really give me a treat then here's a few dynamics and cravings that will earn definitely earn you some brownie points and get me interested!

This entity, Muse 2 claims that they are their prey and won't let anyone to touch them, and they will give muse 1 a one year in which they should do everything they want before she becomes muse 2's meal, and that muse 2 would help them fulfill these desires while protecting them
However muse 1 has long since lost her will to live, and tries to hurry the process of becoming the food for this unnatural being, but goes along with their plan for now.
Things start to become much more muddier when romantic feelings from the monster start to surface.
The duo is on timer, and whether the year results in muse 1 becoming a nutrient for a monster, or will they get entangled in a dangerous romance for rest of muse 1 life?
How To Ruin A Harem

Can be turned into a horror-like romance where male-lead is unhinged yandere-type, and other heroines are fighting alongside him against Muse 1 and 2.

After years of fruitless search they are not ready to give up, but gains a reputation of hard to cooperate and mean person. Muse 2 is now their new mechanic and partner, and manages to see sides of muse 1 nobody else could, and it seems the two start to get closer to one another, and muse 1 is finally able to let go of their loved one...
... However soon a an enemy mecha in their old lovers signature color shows up, and the feelings of old love as well as betrayal are lit in her. Their new feelings towards muse 2 definitely complicate things.
