Listen! There's an endless amount of fictional creations out there, from the worlds themselves or the characters that inhabit them, to be thoroughly explored in a variety of writing; from flirtatious adventures in specific fandoms that sees some sweet smut mixed with romance and dare I say plot, to crazy canon crossovers distilled down to dastardly dickings of characters we know and love, and everything in between or beyond.
You've no doubt seen threads like this before, but this is mine, and I intend to cast the widest net possible in the hopes to sate even a fraction of my desires. Won't you come along with me? Below are ideas listed by series and then those that are meant for crossovers; I'm happy to mix and match though if you have an inkling towards one concept but feel it could be worked into something for a specific fandom or into a crossover -- very flexible in this regard. I'm sure you'll find some that are cliche, but tried and true, though I'm also sure I'll have some that'll be refreshing to read.
If there's a canon something you don't see listed, feel free to bring it up to me; there's so many as I said, I've no doubt missed some, and will be adding as I go or think of some new ideas. Also, side note, happy to play as ancillary characters in the scenes to beef them up.
Will add series each bump until I'm all out of series. There's too many I'm interested in to get it all in the initial post.
Below the individual series are really ambitious ideas; the longest of long-term scenarios.
Disney. -- OK, shit. This might seem like a cop out right away as the main idea here is a crossover, but self-contained within the Disney properties. Happy to play with individual characters if you've got something, though. If you're familiar at all with Idolm@ster or anything similar to it, I envision a scene where the characters are real and operate as idols of sorts, living within the Disney parks, and my character would be a producer managing their day to day. I have a penchant for some the less loved gals like Nani or Pocahontas, so that could be an angle; trying to boost their public image, but I love almost all the Disney gals from the big movies to obscure shows.
My Hero Academia. -- Big fan of the series, but I haven't been able to do a lot of roleplay with it. Would play as an American hero in training doing a study abroad in Japan, thusly landing at UA. Ideally he would be a bit older than the original cast, perhaps a college graduate, as American heroes need more training before they can be granted licenses, thanks to the country being very litigious. Whatever gets some dorm room shenanigans going!
DC/Marvel. -- Don't know the anime gals from above? Let's go classic; though I like a lot of the newer ones, too, like Ms. Marvel or Spider-Gwen. In any case, anyone is game. I rather like the idea of playing a civilian, a Lois Lane type, opposite those in the crime-fighting, or crime-causing, biz. Was my character saved and roped into this extravagant world, or did he land a job as a kind of office manager at Titan Tower?
One Piece. -- I'm almost at the Wano arc in the manga, but this has quickly become one of my favorite series from Japan. Now, I don't want to say my OC is a basic bitch or anything, he's got plenty of personality and quirks, but considering everyone in the world of One Piece, he's fairly tame, which I imagine might be of some comfort to the fan favorite gals. I'm imagining an idea based on that premise, offering a ship or an island that offers respite from the chaos of the Grand Line. Perhaps Nico Robin throws up her hands and want to dip out of the conflict, or Nami gets lost on her way to re-join Luffy and finds the idea of a clean cut man who treats her well a rather novel idea. If you want something more aggressive and attune to pirate pillaging, we can do that, too; I've got a devil fruit in mind for my guy.
Hanna-Barbera. -- Wanted to throw in something Western since a lot of this I predict will be around Eastern shows and games. That said, this isn't just something to just mix things up, it's as big a desire as all the rest! I mean, have you seen some of this art of Betty Rubble or Judy Jetson? And if you haven't, I can show you some! In addition to those two, and their respective series, Scooby Doo is another big one, along with some randoms and stand alone characters, like Penelope Pitstop or Smurfette. With some of the goofy crossover stuff that's happened in them, it seems like it'd be pretty easy to come up with some contrivances to have everyone interact, or we can stick to one show or the other!
Resident Evil. -- Big fan of this series and the remakes have made the women stand out even more than they already did. For this one, I'd be down to get a little more creative and have a little more serious writing/plot. I mean after Ethan Winters an OC falling into the pitfalls of bio-terrorism is an easy set up! Or, perhaps a fella with some kind of immunity or other importance is assigned a team of experts in dealing with B.O.W.s, who all happen to be gals, to protect him; perhaps in a safe house, opening us up to something more slice of life and light-hearted, which I'm sure they'd be relieved to hear.
Reality Show -- In the vein of Big Brother or Love Island; a random assortment of characters from all walks of life navigating the drama and the romance (read as romance or rough rutting) that comes with living in a confined, shared space. Have they signed up for this show? Have they been abducted and placed here to perform for others? Is it a contest of sorts with stakes, or something to endure, or used to entertain? Very keen on playing this out. Could even be non-canon related!
Persona. -- This idea could be done on its own as just a pure Persona scene; but it also struck me that it was the kind of thing ripe for crossover. I'm a sucker for the Phantom Thieves, but I imagine this scene based around a second incarnation of them, involving some of the originals, but also some characters from P3 and P4; and each character, including my OC, unlocking a new Persona as the Metaverse opens up to them again. These Persona would be characters from other series, however, ideally fighters, like Korra, Starfire, or Tifa. And if you'd like, the people who's palaces they're exploring could be crossover characters as well, those who might also be found in Japan.
Amalgam Nation -- The most ambitious idea here! Thanks to (insert your plot device here) all canon universes have combined into one. Does every princess have a castle and an area they control? Or have they fused into one, and the attempt to rule the land as a new democracy? Have villains like Maleficent and Harley Quinn teamed up? Is it up to the likes of Chun-Li and Android 18 to stop them? There's a lot to discuss and a lot of fun to have beyond the rutting, though that's definitely in there, too. Is my guy a total anomaly in this world, with no connection to any of the worlds; or perhaps he recognizes them all as media from his home, and uses this meta knowledge to help out, as a private investigator or consultant to the royalty or police.
RANDOM CHARACTERS SO YOU KNOW WHAT'S TO COME: Sadako, Amy Rose, Shantae, Eunie, Tracer, Bulma, Peach, Tifa, Ajna, Lola Bunny
