Profession: Student Counsellor at Westbrook College.
Background: Considered a genius, entering college at the age of only 14, Janelle have degrees in Behavioural Science as well as in Psychology from Harvard. She moved to Westbrook after finishing her doctorate to live with her partner who was local to the small mid-western town.
When the meteor exploded she was sitting under the stars on her patio watching it. Then afterwards her head filled with so many voices it was literally just loud white noise that she couldn't block out. Little by little she is learning to sort the voices, that are really the thoughts and emotions of people around her, block out the noise and focus on a single voice. Little by little she is learning to control her psionic ability.
