Is posting a new plot a 'bump'?

I have a new plot idea I really like and would like to add it to my request thread, but I cannot edit the post. I would have to post it underneath. Would it count as a 'bump'? Obviously I do not want to break the forum rules. I do not have any other posts other than the original one. Thank you!
