No, by holding them as close a possible, besides I have female friends that want smaller boobs and my hugs help with that...Not really but they do.

Not a chick, but I can explain this one... big boobs are heavy. I mean really heavy. DDs probably weigh 20 pounds each. Imagine having 40 lbs. of weights strapped to your chest. You'd have hella back problems.
 
I know a girl who has Triple D's. The back pain seems to come and go with the day, or the period. But either way, there is some back strain involved.

I never hear her complain much about her back hurting, either way. So I assume it's not completely cut and dry.
 
Ah, I see. I've heard that large breasts can lead to back problems, but I thought they really had to be gargantuan for that to happen. Are DD's really that heavy? Wow. o.o
