You can buy retractable batons as defensive items, so yeah. You can get those too. I doubt they're chrome colored though.

Most cosplay websites that carry props, weapons, and so on, will carry Reno's staff. Depending on what site or person you commission to make it, will depend on the quality. I say limebarb.com is the best for anything for cosplay. Just make sure you have lots of money.
