She certainly seemed nervous and cautious when he started to inspect the more serious bruises. It was probably after treating the third bruise section that she pulled away and demanded that he not look anymore. He felt there was probably more spots but she seemed like she had quite enough and he figured this would be a good time to stop too. She then seemed quite insistent that he now uphold his end of the deal, the bag of blood that he had on the table that was to be her treat.
'Okay. A deal is a deal. Here is your reward," he said to her as he went to the table then passed her the bag. He wondered how she would eat it. Would she uncork it at the top or would she rip her fangs into the plastic bag and suck the blood out. He also wanted to observe what her reactions would be when she would be drinking animal blood instead of human blood. Prisoner reactions would not give him the necessary reactions and information, but with Tivvy a bit more free to express, he hoped he can get some feedback from her with her meal.
He would watch her reactions closely and he would very much answer the question of what kind of blood it was amidst a likely look of disgust. "It's pig blood, extracted from a seller about a week ago," he said to her as he would write down in a notepad of what she was saying and expressing. Hugo however was not going to react like other owners, who would whip and shock them into forcefully thanking the master for the meal.
