The girl couldn't help but to chuckle at his comment, reaching over to kiss him, "Thanks, I do try. But the food isn't that bad either." Opening a can of Sprite she took a sip before unwrapping the sandwiches, chips, fruit, and the other things. It wasn't much of a dinner but considering she over slept due to their mid-morning playful activities she didn't really have time to make much. Not that she minded though. Food was food, and as long as she had something to eat she could care less what it was.
Unwrapping one of the sandwiches she laid back on the towel, watching as the sun set on the horizon. It was always such a beautiful thing to see, but along the ocean it was only glorified even more. "I wish I didn't have to go back in a couple of days. " she murmured, speaking her thoughts aloud. It was true though, she really didn't want to go back in a couple days. She liked being here at home with her brother and actually seeing her parents. But that was probably just a bit, or well a lot actually, of home sickness. But like the first time she went off to college she would probably get over it in a couple of days.
"Even though its a bit late," she started, drinking her Sprite, "You never told me if anything interesting happened at camp. Now that I think about it you haven't mentioned that much of camp since you got back. Did you even like it?" she never really saw her brother as much of an outdoors person so probably not, but it was worth asking anyway.
