Prompt:
A monarch is losing his kingdom to the troops of a neighboring nation and decides to send his eldest son away to seek reinforcements from a cold and barren land where the king's younger brother reigns. Once the prince arrives, he discovers a nasty truth: his father turned his back on the uncle three years ago when he faced a similar situation and was in dire need of help. Now the land is home to hellish monsters thanks to the youngest cousin, Caspian, whose practices in the dark arts have made him into a cocky, powerful warlock. He lost his sanity in the heat of the war and raised a terrific army by turning his entire family and the civil people into his own demonic puppets. Yet he insists on "escorting" the older prince home to assist the king in his own twisted way.
I'm looking for:
A literate RP partner to take up the role of the older prince, specifically someone who can pull off a mature, strong and righteous character, given that he’s a knight and next in line to the throne. I'm only interested in masculine characters for this particular RP, and your own gender outside the RP doesn't matter to me. I also ask for your patience, as I won't be able to pump out a reply every day.

Caspian, my character, is the dominant partner, whereas the older prince is generally forced into submission. Should he gain the upper hand once in a while, I'm alright with that once we've ventured further into the RP and they've established a broader connection. I intend for Caspian to be 23 years old, which is below my usual age range for my characters, but for this RP I really want to make a cheeky, chaotic young adult who's in possession of too much power. I don't mean for him to be OP, though he will be among some of the strongest sorcerers. As for the older prince, an age gap within 6-12 years would be cool.
Caspian is half human/half elf. His mother, the queen, is a frost elf, whom his human father married. The world doesn't need to contain multiple species, but it will at least contain elves and humans, as I intend for there to exist some race discrimination. I prefer that your character is just human.
The RP takes place in a fantasy setting, medieval style, and we can talk about how supernatural and magical we want it to be. However, I do have some prewritten lore about the sorcery/magic system and some world building up my sleeve, should you be interested, otherwise I'm fine with making up something new. We can use faceclaims if you'd like, or simply written descriptions. I already have a few realistic faceclaims for Caspian, but if you're a person who likes to draw your own characters, I'm also able to make some digital art of him.
I tend to talk outside the roleplay about the roleplay when sharing ideas or checking in, feel free to do the same. The RP is going to contain topics such as violence, incest, non-con, dub-con, torture, death and gore, because I want to write something rough and dark. But we can always discuss how extreme we're willing to go, otherwise I'll just be going with the flow. The RP will likely be action centered, as I imagine Caspian as someone who doesn't like to sit about for very long. Because I can't find it in my heart to make my main characters 100% cold-hearted, kinder moments will also take place between Caspian and your character.
I'll be controlling various NPCs, whether you do or don't is entirely up to you, as I'm completely fine with taking the lead storywise. But please ask for permission before controlling ANY characters of mine, I'll do the same in return. A rule of thumb: I consider characters that I introduce in my writing as mine.
Although I can't do much about it if you eventually ghost me, I would prefer if you just straight out told me you've given up on the RP. You don't need to explain yourself at all.
