the bounty ((mistressfreeze and killer kenny))

Vana rolled her eyes to his frustration but took the stungun any way. "Yes, lets get out." She agreed, following him out the window. She dove head first tumbling once onto her feet and ran forwards across the yard and off the property. "Please tell me you brought a get away car or something?" She asked him was they continued to run. They were free off the property now but Vana was unsure if she would be seeing vehicles with guards running after them or not, chances were more likely however.

"do you really think i have the money for a vehicle?" thde hunter askedd ashe ran towards teh forest now, whcih sadly was ont eh otehr side of teh city meanign they woudl have to navigate teh streets." just stick to teh alley way, i'm sure we coudl fiend a hide out if e keep our eyes open." He said , his plan obviously halfbaked as eh want plannign a rescue mission until a few horus earlier.

"You have the money for all that equipment" she replied but let that much go. She followed him through the streets, turning down different alleys. Vana kept looking back and kept her eyes open to make sure there was no one behind them. After a while of runing through the city as if they were crimal trying to hide Vana finally slowed down her pace as they turned into yet another damp alleyway. "I think we lost them." she admitted aloud.

"alright, e can find an empty ware house, maybe a hotel to stop at, which would it be? or shoudl we try and sleep otu int eh forest? you know wolfman better then i do, where is teh safest place?" Kuro asked, lookign back art her to finally notice teh missing limbs, sighign he went itno his belt and bent down. "here turn around , befeor we get any wayere let me atlest clsoe the tial wound." He said, naearly ignorign any objectiosn she migth have.

"The forest is a good distance and he would probably expect us to keep moving forwards. A warehouse would probably be the best choice for the night." She suggested as they stopped. "Oh now you're concerned about my well being." She replied in an bitter tone. She wanted to object due to lack of time but it would likely heal fast with help. With an annoyed growl she turned anyways. "Just be quick."

"oh don't feel flattered, if you bleed any mroe you migth leave a trail." Kuro said as he just peeld a small bandage ontot eh stub. "I'll put some disenfectent when we fidn a warehouse, rigth now i just didnt want them finding use because of your dam wound." Kuro said as he straightened up and stood, turnign and quickly walking downteh aley way as he pressed a figner otn eh visor to start mapign out a route to the ware house district, only about five blocks away if they stuck to teh alleyways.

"Of course..well sorry I didn't have time to visit the infirmiry while running for my life again." She growled as he placed abandage over the wound. It had finally occured to Vana that she could leave this man now that she was free. However with his knowledge and weapons she believed she was better off remaining with him at least for the night. She did not want to risk going back to Wolfman's mannor. So, with her gun still at hand and her eyes still scanning the area for guards she quicky followed the hunter.

Kuro didn't speak till they scame acros an abandoned ware house, slammign hsi fist to break off the lock ont eh door. "come in, and wil you allow me to fix up the wound?" Kuro asked as he stepepd in to look around, there were a few huge metal crates and boxes all open and empty leavign them alone fo rthe night.

Vana walked into the warehouse, her crimson eyes looked around to take in the surroundings. She made note of particular windows and doors in case an quick escape would be necessary later. "I suppose I will allow that." She said considering his question. He was the reason she lacked a tail it was the least he could do was to mend it. "I don't want to feel or see wondering hands." She warned him as she put his gun away in the opening of her boot.

"oh and only a few hours afggo you were nearly beggign for me to have fun with you." Kuro said as he took off hsi face mask to expose the clean cut features of a dark elf, his sly grin finaly showign to the fulelst as eh began pullign otu viels and syrignes form his belt along with more bandaging tape. bennding down behinsd ehr he felt the stub of the tail lightly before stabign ina shot off painkiller, he wouldnt be abel to stitch anythgin up but he figrued she could use the bre3ak as he begna to put on disinfectant and peel on a longer lastign stip of medical tape. "there..wasn't that bad,and i kept my hands to my self happy?"

She scuffed. "If you had taken my offer you would not be on the run as well. What a fool you were." She was finally able to see the man behind the mask, or elf at that matter. It unexpected but made sense when it came to the objects he carried and how well fit he was. She did not think a human could overpower a demon as well as he did. She took in a breath from the needle, it was a mere sting to her. "I'll be happy when I am out of this town and away from the likes of you." She said as she walked across the room to slide the body in one of the metal crates that had fallen sideways. She made herself comfortable in the back, leaning her side against the wall of the crate.

"away from me?" you arn't leavign my site till you get me soem money, pay for the bounty i was promised, pay me for your rescue, and now pay me for the medical treatment." Kuro said as he follwoe dher itno teh crate, leanign ont eh doorway and crossign hsi arms. "I don't care how you get eh money or how long it takes, btui i expect to get paid for the rtrouble, though igues the medical treatment and half the rescue fee willbe taken off, it is my fault for the injuries." Kuro said as he looked up at ehr head where her horns used to be "evenn i would rather killyou instead of beign that hertless to have done that."

"Pay you?!" Her crimson eyes glared across the crate towards him. If looks could kill he would be dead. She shook her head in disbelief listening to all her was charging her for. "I offered a fair enough payment and you threw me to the wolves chained and defenseless." She hissed out. She could not believe after all of this she was still trapped. "Not only are the wounds your fault but the treatment was not necessary. As for the rescue, I was already halfway out when you showed up. I did not ask you to show up and I would have been fine without you." She may or may not have needed the rescuing but she was not going to admit if she needed him now. She now crossed her arms stubbornly. "As for the bounty itself I am not paying a penny. I did not hire you, I had no part in the promise, therefore I am not responsible." She said stubbornly. "If you want you're money then go fuss with Wolfman or get over the lose and move on."

"I cna throw you back to wolfman or a higher bidder you know, with fw hours between me returnign you adn now I foudn out how famous you are aroudn here in the prostitution buisnes." Kuro said with a confident smirk as he walked intot eh crate to sit itn eh corner across from her. "right now I think i'm teh best option you have, the closest to freedom any ways, atelast you're not chaine dup anymore." he said as he ilted hsi hat down to covr his eyes. "now get some sleep, they wont find us here and I layed a motion detector at teh door." he said noddign tot eh crate door, a small object laygn there, ti would fire out a static shock to any oen who passed by it allowign for soem safety, and alogn withe bandage he had stuck a trackgin device itn eh girls wound jsut incase she tried to run.

She growled in fury and annoyance. He had her where he wanted her. "Bastard" She retorted as she turned further to her side to get more comfortable. Her knees curled up in front of her. Her tail would have wrapped around her instead she found herself becoming slightly depressed as she missed her precious tail and horns. She felt offballanced without them. "You might want to sleep with one eye open. I just might decide to break my no killing policy." She warned him as she closed her eyes to try and get some rest. Today felt like it was the longest day of her life, who knew what awaited her the next day.

"you kill me and you have no more protection." kuro said confidently , his body glowign for a seocnd to get at a constant heat as he began to doze off to sleep, his mechanical chest and limbs glowign very dimly as they kept a tempature just above body tempature to keep him warm, his limbs were still only half robotic and his chest was mroe of an armor, with skin hidden underneath so he still got cold and he stil have boens and blood runngin throught eh mechanical limbs.

One eye opened for a brief second as his body glowed. It did not take long for Vana to fall asleep. When she did her body went into a deep slumber, taking advantage of her rest to restore her energy and begin the healing process. When she woke up the next morning there was a stub on her horns where they were begining to regrow and the open wound on her tail had already closed.
The next morning Vana woke slowly. Her eyes blinked and she tilted her head to look over at the glowing roboman with a sigh. It was not a dream. All that had happened the day before had really happened and now she had a new master. At least until she found a way to either pay him back or lose him. Her right leg uncurled to kick the hunters side. "Wake up...we should get going."

As teh foto hit his chest the glow sudenly went out takign all warmth wiht it in an instant makign a gust of cold air blow intot eh containrer as the hunter stretched and yawned. "alreight alrigth I'm up" Kuro growned as eh tilted his hat back to allow hismefl full vision and fumbled his one eyed visor on whiel gettign to his feet. "You feelign any better?"He asked in a still half asleep tone as he leaned forwrd to look at the girls stubbed horns curiously. "they really do heal fast don't they?" HE asked though it was mroe a statement thena question, a statment directed mroe to himself then her even.

"I am feeling alright." She nodded her head once. Vana leaned back the moment the hunter leaned forwards to observe her horns. Her hand lifted up to feel over the stubs. "Not fast enough." She stated disappointedly. She stretched her feet out then stood in the crated. It took her a few seconds to keep a steady balance. Now that the adrinaline was gone and she was no longer being chased at the moment, she felt disoriented from the lack of parts. "Go on and disarm that thing so we can get out of this blasted city." She told him nodding her head towards the motion sensor he had set up that knight. It was the only reason she had not left that crate yet.

"You're a lil' impatient arn't ya?" Kuro asked as he casualy walked over to th doorway, pressign a button onhis visor befoer bendign down to pick up the shock mine and slip it on his belt, turning around to spead hsi arm out eh door gesturign a mock gentlemen pose."Ladies first." he said witha smirk, he wasn't goign to let teh girl slip out behidn him though he figure dby teh way she wobbled she was in no condition to run anyways, but he coulpd never be too careful with demons. "do you have any place you need to go? If not then we're goign to head to my hide out, It's a few days by train so if we coudl find the tracks why migth be bale to jump into a cago car." he said as eh followed the girl out, presing his visor to turn off all other sensor, a metalic buzign heard as they all grope dup into one sensor at his feet, which he picked up and sloted necxt toe h shock mine.

"I just don't want to be in this town any longer than I have to." She explained herself. She paused for a moment, looking at him as if she expected him to jump her the moment she walked past him. Then she calmly walked past him out of the crate. Places to go? Did he really think she had somewheres specific to go after being a slave most of her life. She shook her head as she continued walking towards the exit of the warehouse. "You're hide out, is that what you call you're home?" She questioned him while he gathered his remaining sensors. Vana stopped at the door and peeked her head out to make sure the coast was clear before she stepped out into the alleyway. Her eyes squint closed and took a few seconds to get used to the morning sunlight. There was a small rumbling sound and Vana slide her hand over her bare stomache with a small frown. "As long as there is food on the train I'm up for it." She said as she began to walk towards where she believed was the nearest tracks.

Kuro sighed as he heard her stomach grumble, glad his own stomachs upset was sheilded byt eh thick metal, so as she didnt her as his grumbled. "I would go out to get some food for us, but that would mean leavign you alone.." Kuro said with a smirk, "and though i dont think your that stupid to run i don't want them catchign you in this condition, if anything I can neak aboard the comercial cars and grab soem food." Kuro said nwo as eh lead her tot eh train track, lookign both ways before stepign udnr a tree and leanign bakc onit, pullign his hat over his eyes, tell me when you hear a train, I migth eb an elf but i know demons have better hearing.

"I suppose that means you've permanently attached yourself to my side." She said with a roll of her eyes. As much as she wanted to she really couldn't complain. She was better off with him than Wolfman and if she saw this as a positive situation she was given shelter and a bodyguard. "Don't you feel lucky." She smirked thinking about a males point of view with her, traveling with a demoness as well endowed as her. She walked across the track and as they approached the tree she lept up grabbing the top branch and swung her body up and over to land on her heels crouching on the branch above him. "Going to sleep already?" She questioned him looking down at his hat.

"half way through the night the sensors went off, i had to deal with a few guys, dispose of the body and give them an aliby so we wouldnt be found." He grumbled already half asleep again as he leaned there , hsi arms crossed over his chst and one leg bent and its food leanign ont eh tree, his breathing becomign slow and heavy as he begna to relax in that position.

Vana looked down at him with a confused expression. Was he lying? Surely if all that had happened she would have woken up. Why would he make something like that up? To make himself sound more worthy to her, she supposed. She could not believe she slept that hard. Her expression became calm once more and she tilted her head as she watched his body relax. He was actually falling asleep. Did he really trust her that much already? She shook her head with a sigh as she looked off in the distance. She would not attempt any sort of escape until they were safely out of the city. She wanted her freedom, but she was smart enough not to go on her own in a city fully of greedy men who wanted her head. So now all there was left to do was sit and wait. That is what she did. Silently she sat on the tree branch, growing bored and restless. After a while something welcoming finally met her ears. They perked up with a soft twitch. Vana broke a branch off the tree limb and slide the hat off his head with the branch. "Train's coming." She told him.
