A Taste of Autumn:
*My characters and myself are straight and female
*Characters are mostly submissive, though I'm totally cool with no D/S activities, too
*My posts are usually quite lengthy, but can sometimes only be 2 paragraphs
*I thrive on quality, which does include -but is not necessarily exclusive to- quantity.
*I understand that not every reply requires multiple paragraphs and that's perfectly okay.
All I ask for is a little effort and detail. Writer's block happens to everyone upon occasion.
*With that being said, it does drive me absolutely nuts to type out a thoughtful reply and get one line in return, which isn't even relevant to the rp. Unfortunately, I will lose interest that way.
*If the plot no longer interests you, please let me know. I promise, I won't yell at you about it. I will respect the honesty.
*I play over threads, PMs, emails and even MSN messenger, though I prefer the first three options because of time issues.
*I like plot. . . a lot.
*I only do original characters
*I know absolutely nothing about anime
*I'm pretty open-minded

*I'm a huge fan of what I call "doomed romances." Basically, I love scenes where characters are thrown into very challenging situations, in which it's somewhat obvious that whatever the outcome, the road to getting there isn't going to be an easy one. This can involve pairings between couples of entirely different cultural/social backgrounds, a coupling between a person and a married partner, or many different possibilities.
*Currently looking for more unique and twisted plots. Just something a little different*

Plots (These are just extremely rough examples and details can be worked out. Do not think we have to play one of these. . . they're just ideas drafted in my head. Also, I'm blatantly aware just how lame these titles are):
You Poisoned My Life- A young woman is to be executed for stealing from a person of either nobility or royalty. Upon being brought to the Head of Security just before her death, he is captivated by her and grants her a stay of execution. She is released from imprisonment, but the exchange for her life is that she must be the King's food taster, which still offers a high mortality rate. Can either be played with the King or the HoS.
The Call of Duty- A soldier in World War II in Germany meets a local girl after the capture of Berlin, whose family has been destroyed by the spoils of war. Their casual meeting turns into a passionate affair, which could pose danger for both of them.
The Sacrifice- In a society that worships heathen gods, an ancient tradition must be upheld in order to ensure the survival of their people. Every year, just before the Harvest Moon, the people band together to choose a champion who will represent them as he hunts down a woman of purity to be made as a sacrifice when the moon is full. He is to dwell with her in a temple, caring and pampering for her so that the gods are well-pleased with their sacrifice. However, as time draws nearer to that fateful day, he finds himself unable to carry out the task, but it must be done to ensure the very survival of his people and the bounty of their crops.
Roman Bound For as long as the ancient scrolls have been written, they tell the tale of two warring nations who struggled for peace. When the Queen of one nation dies, the King of the other mocks her while sitting behind his high walls. Fed up with the man's antics, the grieving King sends out his legion under the command of an undefeated warrior. They are to invade the opposing territory, kill the King, and bring back the young Queen where she will be forced to wed the surviving king as a means of humiliating both her and her people. It's the sole duty of the commander to tend to her and protect her from the other soldiers, but it's what develops between them that makes the challenge even more difficult.
