Kakure

Seth smiled, kissing her one more time before settling into bed beside her. He didn't know how late it was, but he knew sleep would be good. "Sleep well then Jewel," he said before gingerly difting off into sleep.

Jewel softly murred as he kissed her again and she nodded before curling up close to him and pulling the covers over them. She soon heard the soothing familiar sound of him falling asleep and she closed her eyes, soon joining him in sleep. "Good night Seth." she murmured before she fell fast asleep.

Seth woke the next morning, Jewel was still sleeping soundly besides him. He had been thinking of the orbs. He couldn't travel around with it. He may have gotten lucky before but he was no trainer. He had to get rid of the orbs, or at least take them to a safer place. "I need to see Oak," he said to himself thinking the only secure place would be back at the lab in Pallet Town. He had to get the orb there, Professor Oak would be able to study it and even keep it safe. He looked after all the pokemon from the Kanto reason after all.

Jewel felt him stir and she murmured in her sleep as she began to wake up. She shifted around in the bed so she was laying on her stomach and she nuzzled her face against the pillow beneath her head while wrapping her arms around it. The young pokegirl looked peaceful and happy just laying there at Seths side. But when he spoke, she sighed and her eyes fluttered as she woke up an she finally opened her eyes after a minute and she looked up at him with a small smile. "Hey." she murmured. "Good morning." She stretched out on the bed with a chuckle.

"Good morning," he said to her with a smallsmile, a hand gently rubbing along her gently."Sleep well?" he asked her, though of course they both had. He still remembered the night before, he guessed she would as well. He waited a few moments before telling her what he had decided moments ago. "So, what do you think?" he asked her wondering if she agreed with the idea or not.

The pokegirl laughed softly and nodded with a grin while stretching again with a sigh. "I slept wonderfully." she replied to him with a chuckle and she ran her fingers through her blue hair before pushing herself up a little. As he told her about his decision, she listened silently before smiling at him and nodding. "That's a wonderful idea. I think we could both use a little time in a place where we can just rest and gather ourselves." she said with another nod.

Seth was glad she agreed, he would go and see what the fastest mode of transportation might be. After what happened on the ship he wasn't to fond of them.

Jewel could tell that Seth was glad she agreed and she sat up in the bed, stretching her arms above her head with a groan while smiling up at him. "How do you want to get there?" she asked him while beginning to go about grooming herself.

Seth thought for a few moe moments before answering. "I heard that a train system had been made connecting all the continents together,,,it seems like the fastest way to get around, it may take a few hours or a good pat of the day to get back to Kanto though," he said, but t was less expensive then a plane, and had no real risks since he heard it ran off magnets and not traditional rails.

Jewel looked thoughtful as she leaned towards him a little and played with a lock of his hair. "Hmm, a train." she murmured before nodding with a grin. "That sounds like a great idea. Taking a train." She sat up again and began stretching again, lightly groaning as she stretched out her muscles.

He smiled "It'll be a nice smooth ride to...not like a plane or boat, just as private as a room though, the train is supposed to have seperate rooms." He wasn't sure what they where called.

Jewel nodded as she turned to face him completely. "That's good. And I'm sure it's more quiet as well." she replied. "Do you want me to start packing our things?" She looked around at where some of their stuff was laying around, clothing laying scattered here and their from the night before.

Seth went to go and get his cloths back on. "Yeah, we need to go and buy the tickets after," he was eager to get the orbs away.

Climbing out of the bed, Jewel shook her fur out and her tail flicked for a moment as she began moving around the room, gathering up clothing and other small things that went into their packs. "Do you know how far away the city is from here?" she asked him as she began pulling on her lighter clothes that would help protect her from the cold but not over heat her. She pretty much pulled on a light jacket, a scarf, gloves and boots as well as a pair of light pants instead of the heavy ones.

"Not very far actually, and luckily we can take a small ferry from Snowport back to the city and take the train there." he said. He was glad it seemed everything would go without a hitch, he was sure to check on the orbs, making sure both where covered and padded well, though he doubted either would break, they seemed almost like daimonds.

She ran her fingers and claws through her slightly messy hair and watching him check on the orbs. "I think that it would bee safer if you carried one of the crystals and I carry the other. That way if one gets taken, the other one is still hidden." She began pushing their things into their bag while gazing up at him.

The idea made sense, to an extent, if both where taken they would lose everything, but it did make it less likely both would be taken. "Alright," he said removing the pink orb and wrapping it before putting it in another bag for her. "I hope neither are taken, it would be best of Oak got both of them," he said hoping his old mentor could figure this out.

She picked up the bag he put the pink sphere in and quickly closed it up and placed that bag into her backpack that he had bought her when they first met, burying it at the very bottom of her bag. "That's true. Hopefully he'll be able to figure out exactly what they are." she said as she closed up her backpack, making sure the buckles where securely done.

Once they had packed the left the pokemon center. Luckily the blizzard seemed to ave calmed in the hours they where asleep. Getting to snowport wouldn't take very long now. After a quick look at the map they where in the right direction.

(Want me to time skip to the train?)

Jewel looked around as they stepped out into the snow and she sighed. It was rather cold out. Cold enough that they could see their breath as they traveled together. If she hadn't of been wearing her clothes, Jewel probably could of blended into their surroundings. Jewel made sure to stick to her friend and trainers side so that they remained together.

It was a few hours of crunchy threw the snow before the reached the snowed city of Snowport. After a lunch they went to the docks and talked the the ferry boat driver. He was willing to give them a ride back to Veilstone city where the magnet train was. The ocean looked nice, and soon the small bits of ice vanished as they reached the port of the city.

Tickets to the train was another lines wait, during which time they had gotten out of there snow cloths. It was nearly dusk as they got onto the train, he knew they would most likely reach Kanto in the morning, he was amazed at how comfortable the train was, not to mention how efficient. "This is my first time on a train," he told her, they didn't have one in Pallet town before.

As they waited in line for their train tickets, Jewel looked around the town curiously. She could still remember when they had first been in Veilstone city but somehow it seemed different the second time. She just figured it was from seeing all that snow and climbing the mountain with Seth. After getting the tickets and boarding the train, she quickly got comfortable in their car and sighed as she sat down. "It's my first time as well." she replied with a grin while running her fingers through her messy hair.

Seth was a bit eager as the train started. The cunductors voice told them they needed to be buckled in as it started, and that they would be told when there buckles could be taken off and they could move around. He helped Jewel get hers on before he strapped himself in. Suddenly it felt like the floor lifted up "Oh wow..." he said as he could feel the train hover above the ground a foot or so. "So it really is run on magnets," he said not fully beleiving it. Soon the train began to glid forward to it's full speed.

Jewel's ears perked up when she heard the conductor telling them to buckle in and she looked at the buckles, watching as Seth helped her strap herself into the seat then watching him do the same with his seat. She smiled slightly before gasping when she felt the train lift up off the ground, her hands grasping the seat tightly in her hands before slowly releasing the breath she didn't realize she was holding. She smiled across the train car at him and her ears twitched slightly as she turned her gaze to the window.

He was tranfixed onto the window as well, watching as lights zoomed by, they where still inside the tunnel. As the train began to go at a steady speed suddenly the tunnel ended and they where outside again. The sun was hanging lower now, only a few more hours of light before it grew dark. He guessed they'd be traveling over the ocean line by the time night came. Soon the voice came on again through the speaker letting them now they can undo there buckles. He did and stood up, half expecting the ground to wobble underneath him, but he was surprised to see it was as solid and balanced as ever.
