Kakure

He was surprised she managed to fend the other pokegirl off. Despite her frail appareance she was alot tougher then he thiught."Thank you...but I should be asking you that," he said, she was now worse then she was last night."Are you badly hurt?"

The eevee swayed on the spot and looked down at her stomach where several of the nidorinna's poisonous barbs had punchtured her skin and come off. "I... I don't know." she said, her voice beginning to slurr as she slowly removed the barbs and tossed them aside. "I don't... feel to well." Her breathing was beginning to become laboured and mere seconds after she spoke, she collapsed to the ground as she fainted.

Seth grew worried and ran forward. He looked at a barb that she hadn't pulled out. A small bit of liquid coming off the tip. "Poison," he said as he tossed the barb safetly away from them. He could pick her up, but if he moved her he ricked hurting her, and the longer she was poisoned the more damamge it would do. He went and got something out of his pack. "Sorry...but this is all I can think of," he threw a pokeball at her and she vanished into the red and white sphere. He waited to see if it worked.

After she disappeared into the pokeball with a small flash of white light. For a several seconds the pokeball moved side to side before it finally stilled with a soft ding which signaled that she was caught.

(Sorry so short. Not sure what else to put.)

Seth stamped out the dieing fire and got all his things. He picked up her ball and looked at his map. He turned and started to run like mad. He had to get to town, ith her in the ball he would be able to get there faster But he knew she would most likely be upset that he had captured her. It was life or death though.

His feet carried him fast, he never rememberd running this fast but he felt his legs burning by the time he cleared the trees and saw the town from the top of a large grass hill. He started to run down it, but fell and tumbled a few yeard down until he stopped. It was now late morning as he opened his eyes and had to steady himself, the fall had knocked him around a bit. He got up dusting himself off before sprinting again. The doors to the center slid open. "She's hurt...heal..please," was all he managed as he thrust the ball into Nurse Joys hands. She took it and told him to sit down and wait while she did all she could.

Seth waited outside the room, looking up in hopes that she'd be alright. She'd saved his life most likely. The best he could do was save hers.

Nurse Joy was in the room with the eevee for a good while before she came back out to where Seth was waiting and she placed her hand on his shoulder. "You can go in and see your pokegirl. She's still a little sick because of the poison, but she should be all healed by this afternoon." she said softly.

Inside of the room, a chansey pokegirl was standing over the eevee, gently and carefully brushing out the smaller girls fur and washing out any blood that had become matted in the thick silky fur. The eevee was just now starting to wake up, her green and grown eyes partially open.

Seth nodded thanking her. "How are you feeling?" he asked her seeing her waking up. She looked weak sill, but alot better shape now that she got her wounds treated.

The eevee turned her head to look up at him and she smiled slightly. "I'm a little tired but other then that, I feel much better." she murmured. "Thank you." She became silent as she moved onto her side so the chansey could brush the fur along her back. "When will we be able to leave so I can return to the woods?" She didn't know that she wouldn't be able to return to the woods that she called home.

"I sould be thanking you...you saved my life," he said looking at her and feeling a lot of sympathy towards her. "Um...well eevee," he said. "We can go back to the woods once your done...but I had tp use a pokeball to get you here," he wasn't sure if she knew that or not but he thought it best to tell her now.

She became extremely quiet after he told her that he had to use a pokeball to get her to the pokecenter and she looked down at her hands with a small frown. "So.... I guess that means.. that I belong to you now." she said softly after several minutes.

Seth shook his head. "No...only if you want to," he said. "If you want to return back to the woods then I;ll release you and you'll be a free spirit again," he told her. He was sure she'd choose to go back, all she needed to do was get healed so then he could release her.

The eevee remained laying there in silence for a little while before sighing. "No. You need someone to stay with you for protection." she said softly. "Everyone in the woods most likely know that I've been caught anyways so I won't be welcome among them any more." She rolled over onto her back and smiled up at the chansey after the pink pokegirl finished taking care of her and she left, leaving the eevee and Seth alone.

Seth felt a little bad "Well...I'm sorry if this isn't what you wanted," he told her. "I had no intention on capturing you...it was just easier if you where in the ball," he said trying to explain. "What do you mean for my own protection?" he asked her suddenly realizing she just took a shot at his own masculinity.

The eevee slowly sat up and looked at him. "If I hadn't of been there this morning, that nidorina would of trampled you to death without an ounce of regret or mercey. I heard her coming before she had even reached the camp." she said gently. "I don't mean any disrespect, but unless you have some kind of weapon with you, you'd stand little chance at defending yourself against pokegirls in those woods that have attacks like pin missle and poison dart."

Seth smiled "Then I guess I will need you with me," he said gently. "First you need to get better though, and I am not really a trainer Just an explorer, so you wont need to worry about me starting any fights."

She ran her fingers through her hair and brushed her bangs back from her face. "Did the nurse say when I'll be well enough to leave?" she asked him. "I don't want to spend more time then I have to here."

"She said by this after noon you'd be fine....relax...we aren;t in a hurry, the next kace I need to go in Mount Coronet anyways I heard there are alot of relics there," he said. He was an explorer/ archealogist and adventure seeker.

The eevee nodded slowly before slowly laying down again but she curled up on her side. "When we travel, I'm not traveling in that pokeball device." she said gently. "I'll walk unless I've no other choice."

"No...you can walk if you'd like," he said as he sat down. "Don't worry everything will be fine," he told her after this. It would be nice having a partner to travek with he supposed. "Get some rest, Ill be back before it gets to late alright," he told her. He needed to go and get a few things.

"Alright. Just don't leave me alone here for too long." she said to him. "I hate being alone in places like this." The girl looked up at him once more before yawning and closing her eyes, settling down on the bed to sleep for a little while.

Seth nodded before leaving. If she was to accompany him and not be in her pokeball he decided it would best to et her a bag and supplies as well. He went to the nearest store and bought a small traveling backpack, much like his just not nearly as big. He got food for them, her own water container. He also made sure to stock on potions, more powerful ones since if she got hurt he could use those to heal her fast. He would keep her pokeball in case he had to move quick with her, or if she got injuried. He wondered if she wanted cloths, but thought better not to.

While Seth was gone, the eevee slept most of the time before she woke up almost and hour and a half later when Nurse Joy entered the room carrying a bowl of soup to help her heal the rest of the way. It was a broth with several types of vegetables in it. Smiling up at the kind pink haired woman, the eevee took the bowl after sitting up and began eating.

After a bit of shopping and gathering supplies he returned back to the center. He had her new bag and everything ready for her, it was all packed and stocked. It was dark out so he guessed they would sleep in the center for the night since most hotels and inns must have been closed or pretty full at this time. "Feeling any better eevee?" he asked, he'd have to give her a new name later.

The girl was in mid-bite when he entered the room again and she smiled slightly before finishing her bite of her food. "Mmhmm, I'm feeling much better." she said to him while nodding. "Nurse Joy told me that she can't even tell that I'd been sick."

Seth smiled and gently scratched one of her ears gently. "Thats good to hear, when your done we'll turn in, I'm sure heres a room for us her in the center," he said and with that he went to go and speak to joy about that while he let her finish her soup.
