Can we use link to porn?

Hello,

I'm inquiring about whether I'm allowed to have a link to porn sites such as xhamster, xvideos in my request thread and other public forums? I don't mean just gifs or images but roughly 5-10 minute videos I edit and compile. The last forum site I was apart of did not allow this and I wanted to make sure I don't make the same mistake here.

If you would like to embed NSFW images without using spoiler tags or links, you must include the term "NSFW" in your thread title, just as it is written here. If you are using spoiler code or links for NSFW images, they must be individually labeled as NSFW or have an easy-to-read disclaimer before the spoilers or links that any spoilers or links may be NSFW. The site must always be safe for members to browse. NSFW imagery is defined by staff as any image that contains visible genitalia, visible nipples on female breasts, backside spread in a way to show the anus, people or creatures (drawn, animated, or real) engaging in sexual acts, or scenes of excessive gore. @Retrojapan @Solo Thank you! I understood the rules with images but I was worried about the videos.

As for videos, it’s a bit of a sketchy area due to copyright laws and legality, so to be on the safe side I would say probably no videos unless the site owner Vekseid corrects me on that.

To be clear, linking to pornographic videos is one thing.

Videos "You edited and compiled" is legally fraught, and is not something you should be publishing unless you are very clear about having the rights to do so.
